We needed a temporary storage unit while we were building a shed & in-law suite. The front staff was great and the whole process was easy peasy. And half the price of several other local storage units in the area. If I ever need another storage unit, I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

The greatest experience I have ever had with a storage facility from customer service to the storage unit itself. I have used them on more than one occasion and it has been a consistent experience. My belongings remained in perfect condition and climate control was perfect. Easy secured access for customers.

Whew Chile!!!! I can't thank these guys enough. Extra Space started charging me $110, at six month they started charging me $189, then started charging me $217 per month (after a year) for a 10x10. Because of a "demand" they were going to go up every 3 months after my one year rate! I gave them 1 month of $217 and got the hell out of dodge. These guys have saved me over $130 a month. I don't hope to be with them long but I am very grateful for these guys and you will be too.

Excellent, very secure, clean, extremely well maintained and managed facilities, with environmental climate controlled offerings that maintain perfect moisture, temperature, and filters that prevent and eliminate dust/particulate/mold/mildew/contaminants/allergens, and top notch pest control on all including outer, non-climate controlled units. Great, personal customer service with on-site management. Monthly fee includes $1000 of insurance coverage, with a
additional insurance available at varied increments for minimal amounts payable as small additions to your monthly bill. I use them, trust them, and proudly & confidently recommend them to my friends and family.

Josh was very professional and personable. He made the process for renting my storage space very easy. The prices were very affordable.

I highly recommend this business to anyone. I had been to 3 similar businesses prior to coming here and was beginning to believe that all were the same. I was greated by Amanda's upbeat, bubbly energy and kind professionalism and was sold instantly even before seeing the unit I eventually rented. The cleanliness of the office on top of the customer service was all that was needed to convince me I had arrived at the right business that was a cut above the rest. The following day, Antionne matched his co-worker's level of professionalism and empathy for my specific situation. When I saw the storage unit, it was pristine. Thank you, thank you all for a fantastic experience!

The staff was always friendly and courteous. The units were always clean a well lit I never felt unsafe when visiting my unit after hours. There were always dollies available and conveniently located for use. Not like other units where I have had to walk all over the location to find a dolly. The prices were good I only left because my home was ready and storage was not a problem anymore. They offer automatic payments and I was very surprise that they changed the payment date when a personal issue made meeting that due date impossible. I would def. recommend to anyone.

The folks at A Alpha Mini Storage really stepped up and helped me out when I was in a crunch to get some furniture stored in a hurry. Not only did they offer me excellent advice and very competitive pricing, but they stayed (waiting for my arrival) past closing time to make sure I got things moved in! It is very rare these days to find people who genuinely provide excellent customer service. I heartily recommend this storage company - they are the best I've every encountered!

My personal belongings have been in storage for a year and a half. We finally bought a home. Everything looks to be in great shape. The pricing is reasonable and the folks who own and work there are very nice. It is always very clean and I like that it has been secure.

I checked out other spots first. Other spots were ah's... came here. GREAT customer service. Very nice and friendly people. Very affordable AND they actively give you deals. I look for good personalities. This place has it. Not only have I already rented a space, I just got another space. EVERYONE come check em out.
