TruCare Restoration & Roofing

TruCare is a professional, licensed home restoration company of which I am grateful to have found! The owner, Erik and my assigned project manager Geri, worked diligently and tirelessly to restore the outside of my home after a fierce hail storm last year. They handled every aspect of the project from the roof, gutters, windows, siding repair, and painting to dealing with the insurance company! I was involved only to choose materials and colors. It was a joy working with this team of experts. They are people of integrity and did exactly what they promised. I highly recommend TruCare for all of your home restoration needs!

Derek was an absolute pleasure to work with for my roof replacement. He was very responsive in all stages of the project from the initial damage inspection to the insurance claim and finally the replacement itself. I would wholeheartedly recommend TruCare to anyone looking to get their roof done.

This company installed my new roof, repaired the damaged wall inside my home, and painted my family room and kitchen. The finished work is absolutely incredible! I love their work ethic and the workers were very professional, polite, very considerate of my time, and completed the work in one day! From start to finish, TruCare Restoration, Inc., guided me through the process from start to finish. They were available to assist me every step of the way. This is the best company that I have ever hired to do work at my home! I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors, family, and friends!

Would give 6 stars if possible! We had a tree fall on our roof from a storm and got a quote from a local roofing company. With our deductible they said it would be cheaper to just pay out of pocket for repairs. Erik with TruCare helped us get a brand new roof, gutters, siding and fencing repairs all covered by insurance! Could not be more grateful for the outcome and stress-free experience thanks to Erik!

TruCare is the best contractor I've ever worked with. They were thoroughly professional: Communicated well, provided updates as needed, and completed work when they said they would. Their crews were respectful and conscientious. I hope I don't need to call them again soon, but they are first-class in every way.

We are extremely satisfied with our new roof, and the overall experience with Trucare Restoration! The representative was professional, knowledgable and very responsive to all our questions. From the initial meeting to after the installation was complete, communication stayed consistent. We had lots of questions and they were always answered in quickly and thoroughly. The project manager and all the workers were communicative and efficient, and walked us through every step of roof removal, decking repairs, installation, and cleanup. In addition to the workmanship being great, the roof is also beautiful! Thank you again to the Trucare team for a job well done, and a roof we couldn’t be happier with!

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but this company surpassed my expectations. I called five companies to quote a repair for an active leak, I explained that we have moved and needed this repair quoted asap (as we were only in town for a few days). Out of the five companies I called TruCare was the only one that called back same day (within 15 mins) and they had someone at my property immediately.

I worked with Derek on my estimate and he was a breath of fresh air. He made me feel like TruCare cares deeply about honesty and customer service, which is incredibly rare in today’s world.

We haven’t received our quote yet (I felt compelled to write this review as quickly as I could, since TruCare took care of us as quickly as they could). I was told the estimate would be coming the next business day, which in my opinion is also an amazing turnaround.

I am positive we’ll be using this company for our repair and if you find yourself in need of a roofing repair or replacement I would hands-down recommend this company. Thank you again Derek and TruCare. Looking forward to working with you guys!!

I had a great experience working with TruCare... The team analyzed the issue with my roof.. built a plan to address the leaking.. and then brought a team that fixed my issue. I recommend working with them in the future for any roof related challenges.. professional guys.

Erik came out same day to give us a quote for a leak in our roof.
Not only was he polite, engadging, professional, and incredibly responsive, he was on time and did not try to over sell us at all.
He let us know he would do his best to have someone out that week, but was able to get the leak fixed the very next day.
My husband and I both have added "Erik with TruCare" to our phone contacts for the future.

TruCare repaired a leaky roof and water damaged ceilings caused by an improper deck addition performed by the previous home owners. I received an estimate from Erik that wasn't my lowest bid, but it was fair and I felt assured that all work would be done correctly. When the job was completed, I was extremely pleased with the results. I received before and after pictures of the work on the roof, and the ceilings in the home looked great! They were even able to match the ceiling patterns, which went beyond my expectations. The work crews were on time, friendly, and performed an excellent clean-up effort of the work area afterwards. Thanks Erik and crew for providing an outstanding solution for my roof repairs.

This is my second time using this company, and I can’t say enough about how impressed I am about them. I am out of state, and I knew the job was in good hands. It was a team effort, and this day in time I have to say, that a work ethic is hard to come by. They went above and beyond on our water damaged roof. I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is an exceptional company, and I plan on using them for future projects. I feel that if it was possible to give 6 stars I would!
