This store is well maintained with updated gadgets all the time. Best buy is the standard to verify latest versions and always use this location to check new stuff out in person.

So glad to see they carry electric bikes like Aventon aventure and Hey bike.

We popped in since we need new kitchen appliances for our remodel. Melanie was amazing, helping us through the entire process of choosing what to purchase. She was so patient, and brought up considerations like matching finishes and usability, and of course value for the price. I was feeling a little overwhelmed walking into it as I've never had to outfit an entire kitchen at once before, but I left feeling super confident in our selections.

The store itself was clean and easy to navigate. I liked that all of the appliances (or at least some similar model) we selected were on the floor for us look at in person, as that really helped us make our decisions. Definitely will be back when its time to update the laundry room :D

We purchased an LG cooktop & dishwasher! Sean was our sales rep. He provided excellent customer service!

They have renovated this Best Buy in Alpharetta, Georgia. It is very nice inside and people are very helpful. I worked an event here and they helped me find my way around this store, in the warehouse and even helped me sell products I’m truly grateful and you’re gonna love the new renovations that they made. We had a wonderful week if shipping in Best Buy for their Labor Day Specials! There were blue shirts EVERYWHERE. Each person was knowledgeable and kind. We had our two boys in store with us too, so working with people that are patient made a huge difference!! Frank in Appliances was awesome and helped us pick out the fridge for our family, Michael in Computers/ Apple helped us come to some conclusion about buying an iMac and MacBook Pro, Rhoda (also in computers) was so kind and kept our boys entertained with iMac games (we would have stolen her to be our nanny if she wasn’t a Kindergarten teacher already- so great with kids!!) and the young man from the Dyson vacuums was awesome!! Knowledgeable and helped us out a lot!!

So thankful for a fun and comfortable experience at my local Best Buy!!

I visited to buy few items for my mobile. I pre-ordered and went to pick them. They are swift and prompt in giving deliveries.

For screen protector application Mr Jasif was very helpful. Best Buy has range, varieties of products and a happy place to buy as well.

Overall, if you know what you want to buy, your shopping can be quick and fast. They are always there to help and assist.

Update: the store is fully renovated and sleek, well organized with big letters & Signs.

Michael had no problem helping me get an item and checking me out. Made the process very easy and was respectful.

Suzanne and I came in to the Alpharetta location this past Saturday and were greeted by a gentleman named Gordon. He asked if we needed help and we told him that we were there to buy a Kitchen Aid oven. He actually works in appliances and said he would love to help Us!! Gordon proceeded to provide a Five Star Customer Service experience that was Amazing!!! He walked Us through the entire process, including scheduling installation, and ended up saving Us an additional $700!!! To be Honest, We ended up having this Awesome experience, because the folks at Home Depot didn’t seem to want Our business!! Thanks, Gordon, for the Fantastic Service and Kindness 🙏

So I went to a Best Buy at Cummings to buy a MacBook Pro, and the person we called for assistance talked to us as if we couldn’t afford it. And then we came to this Best Buy and we met an employee-Aley-and he treated us way nicer. The difference between this best buy and that one is so much more nicer.

Like many had mentioned, they are under renovation so you can't go in, and the pickup/registers are set up by the entrance. Employees were all very friendly and helpful. They mentioned the renovation was supposed to be done by Nov 17, but seems like it will be delayed. It's going to be interesting entering shopping season/Black Friday in this way as guests won't be able to browse the store. They still have a lot of sea boxes in their parking lot, I assume those are used as temporary storage during the remodeling.

SEAN was so helpful! We really appreciate how smoothly he handled our online order issue and helped get us on the right track with a new refrigerator. He went above and beyond and has made us want to come back for any help we need in the future when we need more appliances when we move.

I don't shop at Best Buy much, but they had options for a case for my new phone at half the price of the AT&T store, so I was happy.

Luis was amazing helping get a new phone set up and ready for work next day after my phones speaker failed.
Always Best Buy has knowledgeable service, great Geek Squad, and clean store.

Found exactly what we needed, ended up getting a surface Pro, the employee was super helpful and pretty passionate about helping us find the right tablet. Now my daughter has a surface Pro 9 for school next year.

Fully stocked and I was able to demo multiple electronics unlike in Canada where half of the store is literally empty.

Love this place. First things first, awesome and helpful people work here and always point me in the exact direction I need to go for whatever I need. They have a lotta stuff I want so I don't have to order things from online websites.

This BestBuy location has excellent Magnolia people. Very knowledgable. I visited other locations and the sellers there didn't know what a balanced interconnect was. Here - a different story. They know audiophile gear very well. Once in a while you get lucky on prices for discontinued gear. I got a brand new looking REL S/3 sub for just $800! a $1,200 or more discount. Granted , there was no box, manual or other accessories, but I don't care.
Such deal happen seldom, though. May be once every 2-3 years.

Enough employees to help you out on the floor and in check-out. Ordering for pick-up is also pretty quick and relatively seamless.

I went to this place with intention to buy galaxy pods2 pro. As I compared costco price with them, they had them for some $ more and when I asked sales person if they could price match with costco, they immediately agreed and gave me the discount.
