After experiencing some challenges with exporting my business card design, I visited the store in person and had the privilege of working with Craig. Craig made himself available to troubleshoot the issue and ensure I had a design of high quality and made sure I was happy with the final product. Craig even made recommendations of the grade of business card, along with ink options. Craig exuded patience, kindness, pride in his work and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. Craig exemplifies what the true meaning of Customer Service is and he has won my business. Thank you Craig, I sincerely appreciated your help today!

Staples on-line order system with pick-up in store is great. Very easy to pay on-line and even use Staples Rewards coupons. Item was quickly ready for pickup at store and associate at store was very helpful and courteous.

I’ve been in twice in the last couple of weeks and both experiences were great! The first time I printed 11 different pictures at all different sizes to put in frames for a picture wall and they all turned out great! The workers were kind and patient. The second time I went in there was a mix up on the size of my posters, I was printing a jpeg I bought off Etsy so I’m not sure if the size difference was my mix up or theirs but when I said it wasn’t what I had wanted they corrected it on the spot and were really nice about it. Super helpful employees, I think the person that helped me was named Mark and he was awesome! Both projects turned out amazing! Would recommend

Located next to BestBuy and Joan's, it's ideal to mix your electronics, crafts, and stationary shopping together. You miss something in one shop or forget to buy something, go next door - it's just that easy.

Staples is well laid out, and there are a lot of choices. It's now my default shop (with OfficeDepot at Windward Parkway closed).

Shopping is easy. Billing is quick. Ample parking. Easy and short access from GA400. If you are a loyalty member, you get discounted prices.

They have a well equipped print center - I didn't that.

Excellent TSA Precheck location! Walked in right when staples opened. Waited 40min - third in line. Many people behind me. You will be pushed behind appointments as they arrive. 9 per hour she said. Once called, only took five minutes to complete enrollment. The woman operating the station is very efficient. A+

Great for supplies and shipping out UPS. Shannon, one of the cashiers, is outstanding. Always says hello and is upbeat. Has puns for days. Always makes the trip enjoyable.

This was for TSA precheck. Appointments are highly recommended as there are lot of folks and walk ins are not prioritized over walk ins. Lady was super helpful and even stayed few min extra during her lunch break to accommodate me as a walk in - otherwise I would have to wait another hour during her lunch.

One of the best experiences I've ever had with Staples. Richard in the printing department went well above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! Excellent service! Ten stars 💫

Everything was clean and organized. The staff was super nice and helpful. Been to this store three or four times and it's always easy to find what I need and get out.

I came in wanting to print some papers from both a binded physical book and an email. He was kind enough to chop off off the binding so I could used the help yourself printing machines. I thought all was well until my papers printed out weird... well not all of them. I know the gentleman in the printing center was not amused by my lack of abilities, but he ended up printing my papers for me. I appreciate you and again thank you!

Very friendly customer service and huge parking lot. Cool factor about this location is you can sign up for TSA PRE-Check for 85$ and you can walk in it make an appointment on TSA WEBSITE. Website makes it’s faster since you get to enter information.

I just started my own business and began using this store for business cards after having a poor experience with an online-based printing company. Staples’ print products are always consistent and excellent quality. If something doesn’t come out as I expected, they’re happy to make it right. Great customer service.

The employees are very nice. There are ups and passport photos services inside the store. I will choose it as my top store when I need office supplies and those services.

Hate being one of those difficult customers but sometimes it happens! Despite this, I received excellent help from the gentleman at the copy center, josh. Thank you for the assistance- this is definitely a good staples with great employees!

Easily the best Staples store in Greater Atlanta. It is largest and has a wider range of products for sale. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This Staples is super clean. I love that it has a UPS counter built inside, which is so convenient if you want to ship something.

Not really sure what to say here. It's exactly what I'd expect for a Staples office supply store. The employees were friendly on the day I visited.
