Customer service is not dead here because of awesome employees such a Zaden. He is incredibly helpful yet one of the friendliest team members I’ve met at any location of any retailer. Keep this young man motivated! Target needs more team members like him!

This store is very spacious and clean. They have good variety of clothing for Gents, ladies and Kids. They also have good varieties of toys, books, speakers and other electronic goods. They also sell groceries and they also sell fruits and frozen food items. They also have beauty products for both Gents and ladies. Starbucks and CVS pharmacy are located inside the Target store. Restrooms here are very clean. Customer service is very good.

Excellent store. Staff are very user friendly and answer all of customer’s requests. Recently have had very good experience. Especially Gav from customer service department was phenomenal. He helped me on specific item request and made sure I get what I was looking for. And also explained me about advantage of using target circle and membership. Mr Nate was also good and helpful. Thank you.

Love this location, always neat clean and staff super friendly . I appreciate a lady name DEEPA. She was amazing . I was in check out line. She approached and mentioned about the target app how to use it. I didn’t feel rushed and she took time explain . I’m so glad she did because now I can shop better and saving money as well. She delivered amazing customer service!!! She should definitely be recognized for her work!! She seem genuinely care for her customers and was assisting others as well … Exceptional THANK YOU!!!

Target on Northpoint pkwy has the best customer service ever! If you are going somewhere else for proscription change it and come to this pharmacy in Target.

When I went into Target yesterday there was a lot going on… I’m assuming some resets or truck processing. I did decide to ask an employee if they could help me find a specific item and she stopped what she was doing and helped me search. She even solicited the help of another employee who was more familiar with the department. Thank you so much to Jen and Angel for their fabulous, above and beyond customer service!

It’s Target!!!! What else is there to say? Any time I go into any target, the shopping experience is always wonderful. I have literally convinced so many people to become Target guests because of the great items I have and just from my great experiences. Most complain about the prices but yea, it’s worth every penny. If you want quality products along with a welcoming and warm atmosphere with lovely employees….then yes, take your behind to Target.

Best target in Alpharetta! Look for Rigo in the aisles, truly did help me with all my Christmas needs.

Big store, go only if you want quality products. Remember the cost is also high.

Just had an awesome customer service experience with Leilani. Super helpful and kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Grabbed an item from the back that I saw was in stock online but didn’t see on the floor. She was able to look up the item quickly and determine why I wasn’t seeing it and located it quickly for me. So grateful for employees who know their stuff and have a smile on their face!

Customer service was amazing. I had a huge return and the person helping me was so patient and kind.

Love Target as a one stop shop for everything you need (without the drama) but I do feel the more popular stores are always out of the more popular items and sizes. I give them a small pass because the pandemic has continued to effect production & logistics but it’s still a point of frustration. I also wish Target would consider opening more Super Target stores to make them truly the one-stop-shop!! The Target brand is also a terrific and very comparable No-frills option in almost every arena and the featured designers are a wonderful treat and the Target community givebacks and involvement makes me shop with a clean conscience!

Target is great, in normal times, but since the pandemic has required that normal becomes more stringent, Target has continually impressed me and kept me feeling comfortable and safe. The curbside pickup was a lifesaver when the pandemic was at the most dire time, and now that we are closer to being in a safer place, the curbside continues to be a safe option for when I'm not feeling well but need to get things and just a convenient option when I have a very busy schedule.

Great location. Clean store. Helpful individuals work here.

My only gripe has nothing to do with the store but I will put it here in hopes someone sees it and can affect change. The online ordering needs to be linked to store inventory somehow. Several times we have ordered online but once we arrived to pick up pre-paid item, they did not have it and canceled the order without calling and saving us a trip. I think online ordering for pick-up is a blessing in these times. Perhaps, have a group at corporate office dedicated to fixing this or handling this so those at store level can continue the amazing jobs they are doing??

As well, the money was not returned from canceled item, btw. Not good.

This assistance made me a lifetime target shopper. This was my 1st trip ever in a target store. I WILL RETURN because of these employees’ courtesy/respect.
Please throw bags of money at them. It was busy & they put 💯 +

wonderful and friendly staff I was having a bad night with delivery on Doordash and they allowed me to vent and was so awesome helping with the return on my shopper card. I bought razors and chapstick when there that night too.

My experience with Target order online and pick up was great. It was easy and Target sent reminders to pick up my order. The customer service had a line but the wait was minimal. They were very friendly.

Friendly professional and the store is clean. Considering many stores and places are challenged with stick due to a shortage of truck drivers.m I was able to find what I needed Pleasant experience that reminded me of the one at my hometown Manager and staff was helpful also
