Premium Parking - P0403

So look it is pricy, but I was able to park my truck here with plenty of room to spare. If your headed downtown and need room for a large truck this lot works. A lot of them don't.

Will never park here again. Must avoid these Premium Parking lots like the plague!
I paid $39.63 for 3 hrs on a Wednesday evening.
When that session expired (I was still at the Fillmore) I tried to extend it, and was forced to download the app. This caused me to start a new session, and ended up paying $30.94 for 17 MINUTES. I called them to dispute it bc I felt it was unfair, and was advised to request a refund. They in turn denied it immediately. I was charged over $70 for 3 hrs, 17 min. Ridiculous!!!!!!

I bought a ticket at the machine for lot P403 because the app was not working. I paid for 4 hour parking ($48) but the event did not start until 3 hours in (out of my control). When my fourth hour was up, I used the app and tried to add another hour from my receipt but it did not recognize that my license number was already there. So I had to register my car again which cost me $28 for ONE HOUR. Will NEVER use this lot again!

Your system should recognize and be in sync with the machine pay and the app pay so that you can just add more time without paying as if it's a new car! So I paid $100 for 5 hour parking!!
COMPLETELY INSANE!

They don't acknowledge vouchers purchased through third parties. So if you park here with one you are going to pay an extra $90, even if the lot is empty.

Expensive, Fluctuating prices from day to day.
