WOW... What an experience. Customer service was 10.00 out of an 10. I TRULY received a GREAT POSITIVE and ENJOYABLE experience times 2. When in town, I SHALL continue receiving their serves and possibly pick up alittle Spanish while I'm there.

Awesome service and staff!! Highly recommended. Very satisfied. I hope I would have more time to come back and do my hair so many times in a year, but definitely I'll keep this hair salon as my first place to go whenever it's possible for me.

I have been going there for over 2 years and have never had a problem. Good prices and good service 🥰❤ One tip, you must go early for services that take hours to do such as big color change or highlights on black hair etc

I came into your shop for a haircut.
None of the hairstylist had masks on.
I waited for 20 minutes before someone came. I interrupted her lunch break. She started by putting on a used towel on me from her previous customer, I was sitting next to her waiting. She didn't even put on a poncho on me. As soon as she started cutting with the sheers i felt a sharp pain,  I told her that she was hurting me with the sheers. She asked around if they had better cutters, No. She continued cutting with the same sheers. I got up abruptly, I was mad that she wasn't listening. I went home to take pictures of my neck because i can feel it swelling she didn't cut my skin but she did Irritated it.  I'll send pictures.

My mother brought my daughter in here to do our natural hair they offered a deep conditioner I went back two weeks later to wash my hair the lady took a picture of the back of my wet hair I thought was weird I washed my hair a week later and my hair has not been the same it literally has no curl is constantly falling out and so thin I had really thick natural hair not anymore it’s devastating I am gonna have to cut it off now and my daughters her was virgin red hair with tight curls thick and she is having the same issue
