Thank you to Ebony at the front desk for accommodating us after a red eye flight. We arrived at 6am and she was able to get 2/3 of our rooms checked in early so we could rest before going out. I was fully expecting to drop our bags and come back in the afternoon. You have no idea how much that set our trip off on the right foot. 🌟 Great hotel, we enjoyed our stay.

In the last 5 months, we have stayed at this hotel bringing two different groups of 10+ people and the service has been exceptional. First of all, the hotels’ location is perfect! Close enough to great restaurants and all the happenings in NOLA, but not so complicated and crowded compared to staying more in the center of it all. Bringing 10+ people at a time has not been an issue starting with the great planning with Luisa and Tionny, the great customer service from the front desk staff, let’s not forget the warm cookies!!, to the very clean and comfortable rooms. The attention to details is exceptional and will definitely make this our go to hotel continuing a marvelously business relation!

We have been to this Doubletree at least 7 times. Every time we come to NOLA, we always have an amazing experience here. The latest time, Terrence helped us in the front desk and he was amazing! Super friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful to our entire group, especially putting us all together. Will definitely continue to come back!!!

Double Tree, maybe my favorite hotel. The service was great, and the room was comfortable. The bar was great! Staff was great and accommodating. I stayed in the junior suite. The kitchen area didn't have any towels or paper towels. I think this would be a nice add since you have a kitchen area.

The room and lobby were clean and quite nice. Friendly staff greeted people and staff were professional and helpful. Flavored water and popcorn were on a table, as well as a convenient place to buy little necessities. The hotel was in walking distance to The French Quarter, Bourbon street, and across the street from luxury indoor shopping.

We were right in the heart of things. It's easy to park and walk around from this location to everything New Orleans. I wasn't prepared for $48 for valet only parking. Staff were great. Hotel was nice. Free breakfast was not available .

A great hotel on Canal Street. We came to gamble and the new, former Harrah's Casino, now Caesars Casino, is right across the street. Smoke free is what sets it apart from other casinos.

I visited New Orleans the weekend of the Auburn vs. LSU football game. We stayed here at the Double tree and it was perfect. It’s a couple blocks down from Bourbon street, where all the entertainment happens. The room was clean and the staff was polite.

Great option for NOLA. Just across canal street, and across from the casino. Just outside the craziness and excitement so nice and quiet. Buffet breakfast is worth the cost. Clean rooms and good service

Scheduling, check-in, our stay, and check-out were all a breeze. The hotel is clean on the inside and surrounding outside area. We arrived super early and were able to check into our room early and given warm cookies. The staff was fantastic. They made us feel welcome, were helpful in answering questions and offering guidance, and overall help make our stay enjoyable. Our room was clean and comfortable. (I wish I could take the bed and pillows home - they were super comfortable). The room had shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a blow dryer. There were a couple of time we heard door slams early in the day but most of the time it was quiet. The hotel is very close to the aquarium and insectarium and a five-minute walk to the Steamboats, Riverwalk, the French Quarter, and Bourbon Street. The hotel is also only 2 minutes from the 47 and 48 Street Car stop. We were able to catch the 48 to the City Park and took the 47 to the cemeteries. The only down side is we felt is if you are not a big eater the breakfast buffet was expensive. There are tons of delicious cafe's and restaurants. Everyday we ate at a different restaurant for breakfast and dinner and stopped at cafe' for an iced coffee and snack. We shared our dish because for us the portions were large. Everything we are was delicious. There are also a lot of shopping nearby including a CVS and Walgreens if you forgot to pack something. We loved our trip and staying at the New Orleans DoubleTree 300 Canal Street, New Orleans, Louisiana. This will be the only hotel we will stay at when we go back.

The employees are very nice here. I had trouble with the AC, but they came to fix the issue 3 eparate times, the AC worked but I couldn't put any other setting but High or it would stop working. I still give this place 5 stars because of the price I paid and I was given several credits for being a Gold member.

The hotel is nice and clean. It is in a central location so you can definitely walk to everything. I wouldn’t recommend the corner view rooms as you can hear everything going on outside. With the regular rooms there isn’t that much noise to be heard from the outside. I’ve stayed twice without any problems, I just wished that all rooms included a microwave.

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Walking distance to both Riverwalk mall and bourbon street, but a little farther from bourbon street as far as walking.

I went to New Orleans for my friend’s wedding and stayed at the Double Tree. I found the location convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. Cost was reasonable.
