Stopped in for a quick lunch during a work trip through Westwego. Delicious food and great service. Hole in the walls never disappoint! Fried shrimp was great, but the macaroni and cheese was my favorite!

The food is REMARKABLE! I eat here EVERY chance I can. The biscuits are AMAZING, and I look forward to weekend breakfast here. Their spaghetti and meatballs are DELICIOUS, and the chicken parmasean is INCREDIBLE! I have not had a single meal from the menu I wouldn't recommend, and the service is so friendly and personable.

Boy you know the food is going to be ON when it's locals speaking Cajun French and chowing down. Had the shrimp poboy and the roast beef. Good stuff. Server even made me a margarita on the rocks. Best (and cheapest) margarita I had in or near the quarter. Geuax here yall. Simple good eating and a good value. See yall next time thru!

I had Jambalaya with fried fish, husband the chicken tenders, kids a chili hot dog and cheeseburger. Everyone was happy with their food. It looks like it's pretty popular with the locals so you know it's good food.

Tasty comfort food, nothing fancy here. Server was very kind, service was quick. I got a seafood stuffed baked potato with a side of green beans. I thought the potato would be like a side dish kind of thing but it was definitely a meal in itself. I will say that the au gratin sauce could be a bit much, but I liked it. Husband got shrimp and grits - the grits were pretty rich but we liked them - the whole dish was delicious. We also got a small shrimp po boy to share which was pretty good. Needless to say we ordered way too much food but it was all great!

I absolutely love the layed back, home feel of this restaurant! I have been several times when my uncle was alive and took my family there after he passed away.

I have always been told to look where locals congregate. It means food is good and service is good. This place was always packed. The wait wasn't long, and it was worth it!
If you want, the Commodore type food, service, and prices make your reservations there, but if you want good Louisiana cooking, great portion sizes, and a homey atmosphere, try this little place. It's worth every penny!

Best breakfast spot on the Westbank! This is my new "go to" place for breakfast. Staff is attentive, friendly, and and competent. Food is well prepared and delicious. Prices are unbelievably inexpensive. Lunch menu looks promising as well.

Friendly place in a little shopping center that had a great local crowd, nice food, lovely service and really great prices. Next time i'm around here I will definitely be going back for lunch (or dinner)

Fantastic Louisiana cuisine and hospitality. I had a PoBoy and the guy I was with had Cajun Potatoes I think it was called. It's potatoes and shrimp with au gratin sauce. I was jealous of his order and mine was great. The food is enough to go for, but the ladies working the lunch shift were exactly the people I talk about when I talk about visiting south Louisiana. The nicest people you can imagine, and immediately made us feel like we were regulars despite being our first visit.

The food is great! Home cooking done right! The service is the best and the atmosphere is like being at your Granny’s place! I can’t eat seafood, but it looks awesome. I love the pork chops and all the great food I eat there. I love going there after a hard day at work!

Absolutely fantastic! Great breakfast will take pictures next time!! Egg, grits or hash browns, mest of your choice and either toast or biscuit. And the gentleman had an amazing waffle. Great service and prices. Coffee nice and bold. Not like PJ's watery coffee. Good coffee.

This is my geaux to place for local flair. The staff treats you like one of their own. Try the Crawfish omelette, you won’t be disappointed!

This place was recommended to us but a little difficult to find. There was not a name on front or a sign that we saw. The food was great!
