I’ve been very pleased with the care of Dr Brittany Tav and also from Dr Ramin Bajoghli when Dr Tav was on maternity leave. Both have taken all the time needed to address and treat my health issues. The office staff has always been friendly, helpful, professional and efficient and prescriptions and test orders are handled quickly. Dr Tav was recommended by long-time other patients. I highly recommend Dr Tav and Dr Bajoghli.

I see Dr. Brittany Tav, she’s kind , friendly and very understanding to your needs. When ever I call she calls me that evening or first thing in the morning, couldn’t ask for a better dr. To take care of my needs!!!

I’ve had great experiences over the last couple of years with Dr Jessica Gilbert. It is not always possible to see her but I have not had a bad experience with other doctors or residents.

I have been going to Dr Russ for over 30 years now…he is the very best at what he does. A real treasure !!

I saw Dr. Margot Anderson and was very pleased. She was very thorough and listened to anything I need to ask her. The ladies in the offi6wwre very sweet too! Highly recommend this office.

Always very responsive

They have about normal waiting times and the staff is patient with clients. Dr. Voithauffer (sp) is considerably good at what she does!

However, it's just unfortunate that there has to be an aid and or another nurse to accompany her, cause I'm more then sure she's capable of handling clients appointments with a one on one basis.

One negative thing I've had to experience is when I got my annual exam there was my doctor and her assistant, but after I undressed and was ready for the exam, some random woman/nurse/doctor, whoever that I've never met walked right in, didn't introduce herself and the few words she spoke to me had nothing but attitude in her tone.

I'm sorry but you just simply can't barge in on someone's personal exam if the person has never met or seen the nurse before, and you definitely can't give a paying client an attitude.
They just have too many Dr.s/nurse/aids for only one client at a time and it's an uncomfortable feeling sharing private info with someone you've never met before who acts like their better than you.

My point is a little two-sided:

My Dr. is wonderful at what she does,
but the need for an assistant and other random staff watching the exams taking place is, to me, unnecessary and uncomfortable especially if the paying client has mental/physical health disorders like severe anxiety and worse conditions causing unnecessary fear to the client.

I’ve been a patient here since 2018 and have always had great experiences. Today I had my first bad one. I called to book an appointment and the receptionist was extremely rude. She did not let me finish my sentences, continued to cut me off, was blowing her breath at me. I almost addressed her attitude but with an attitude like that I’m sure plenty have done so already. I will call back tomorrow and hopefully I can speak with someone different to book my appointment. Working as a receptionist I am always kind and patient with my clients. I wish I could say I was treated the same today.

I see a student doctor because none of the other doctor's were accepting patients, and every time I go and supposed to have a prescription called in, they don't call it in and your stuck without your meds until they decide to call them in. Only my second visit, and I am ready to just go without a doctor! Also will not give me the headache meds I have taken and know work. They keep trying stuff like musle relaxers and stuff! Absolutely ridiculous! Only reason I gave a 2 is because I like the doctor, she is very sweet. It's the doctor over her that calls the shots.

Not the best but I am going to recommend them
