I really like this store. It is so clean and well organized. This store has one of few 24 hour pharmacy in Metairie with drive thru services. The staff is helpful. The service is good. Parking is available and it is handicap friendly.

Always loved going here it's been mad place to pick up my prescriptions for 20 years and I'll be my place to pick up my prescriptions for another twenty years cuz they got Cheryl's said procedures and your great staff at every location.

Yesterday on August 16, 2022 I had to get some pictures printed from the photo booth off of my phone Miss Johnson was the ladies name I believe who helped me she was outstanding! She made sure I understood how to connect my phone to the computer and how to print kept coming back to check on me and reassure her that everything was going good she had a very positive attitude you don’t see that everywhere these days I just wanted to thank Miss Johnson for being a beautiful person on the inside and out. Out of every Walgreens I’ve been to I’ve never had someone Go the extra mile to make sure my needs were met and I had no trouble in my process. Excellent customer service I hope that anytime I go to this wall greens I see Miss Johnson she will definitely brighten up your day with her positivity!

Tran in pharmacy and summer do a great job The day crew should take notice what goo workers do. Ms Linda in the evening and Ms. Hazel in the day do a great job Management should make the other employees look at that Thank guys for your help.

I have used this Walgreens for years. I get all my prescriptions there, most of my vaccinations and some grocery items. I find the people who work there friendly and eager to help. There’s plenty of parking and I’ve always felt safe no matter what time I go.

This is my pharmacy of choice. There's another Walgreens less than 2 blocks away from my house, but they are not a 24/7 pharmacy and not as knowledgeable.

Pharmacists are very friendly and helpful, and while it can be busy at times, if you go at off-peak hours, it is extremely fast service with no lines.

Also, this location has hard-to-find prescriptions that pretty much any other Walgreens in Metairie would have to order.
