Sammy's Discount Express

Me and my family have been going to this store for years! They have always treated my family with respect and always have helped us out. The family are so nice especially the son. Would recommend this store to anyone that wants a nice and causal good time at a convenience store.

Best store ever i was a few dollars short and they put it on the house. Now i can afford my rent and pay electricity bill. I was 1,000 in debt, now i am 999 dollars in debt.

I have been going to this place for years and have always loved it. The staff there are so kind and loving. Go to this place and you won’t regret it.

Actually Sha came to the store at 10, as we were locking the doors. This is the entirety of the conversation, after we opened the doors for her even though neither my co-worker nor myself had ever seen her before : Sha - "Are you closing? Because I can just go to another store." Me- "We literally just started closing, so come on in." That was it. She came in, purchased her wine, and left. Wasn't aware there was any issue, but am grateful that the "rudeness" she experienced didn't deter her from buying her wine at the store. Hopefully the next establishment she frequents will be more able to meet her needs. Happy Holidays

2 days ago My man and I went to this store to buy. There where some products that didn’t have prices. So we ask that blond hair lady the prices of 2 different product. She got with attitude and got mad and was saying stuffs like “why we asking so much questions” because we ask price of 2 different products and we don’t wasn’t able to hear her clearly.

First of all when you hire someone make sure to train your staff to give a good customer service , how to be respectful and professional. You are a business and we are your customers. There is no need to be rude. Because as a customer and mostly if you’re BUYING you can ask all the questions you want. Y’all haven’t learn the key to success yet.

Don't even bother trying to go to this store. There's NEVER any parking even tho they have signs out front that say "EXCLUSIVE parking for Sammy's Discount Express customers only." Then when you try to tell the staff or the owner that 3 people left and they're losing customers because there's no parking, I was told "There's a whole big parking lot and tell the landlord." Not only unprofessional but if there was parking, would I be letting them there WASN'T parking??? Also, if you're not going to enforce your own sign, take it down because what's the point if it isn't true.

Usually, my husband and I stop here and pick up a few things. I went here today and I came right at 9:59. Mind you I'm not aware of the time becuase usually I come shop here in the daytime. But today I wanted to run in a purchase a beverage. The male who usually have the black long hair had a very nasty attitude. He asked me what I wanted and I told him. He said he was closing and said come on what a aggravated voice. I was hesitant and shocked that he was like that becuase I didn't know the time of the store closing and I could have easily left but he was SO NASTY AND RUDE! WILL NOT SHOP HER ANY LONGER! LOST A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER.
