My go-to place to buy perfume and cologne! Sheila, Alethea, and Carlos are awesome!! Every time I come and one of them is working, they immediately greet you with a smile. What I love most about them is that they go above and beyond to make sure my purchases are beautifully packaged whether they have a gift bag or can be wrapped. I mainly buy perfume or cologne as presents/gifts so when they offer to wrap it for me, it saves me an extra step! I love that about them! Such great services!!!

Keisha from the MAC counter gve me a fabulous makeover. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The customer service Keisha gave deserves to be recognized. Not only did she give me beautiful makeover she manged other customers. She multitasked without making me feel uncomfortable. Dillard's Keisha from your MAC counter is a wonderful employee.

Very clean store and they have the best customer service friendly employees. Great sales when you can catch them.

Do you have a Dillard’s decorated Christmas tree? I have to say Dillard’s Department Store is the absolute best when it comes to Christmas decorations. We are regular shoppers when it comes to shopping for beauty, clothes, and home at Dillard’s but we always look forward to their beautiful Christmas displays and decorations. We have ornaments that date back 20 years ago. They have held up and still look beautiful today. The Mr.Bingle decorations this year are just fabulous. Go see Amy in the bridled/Crystal/seasonal area on the third floor. She is best. She will help you and keep you up to date with new things going out. Back to my question, you should have Dillard’s ornaments on your tree.

Patrice is the consummate sales professional. She was a joy to shop with and she helped us get all of our bedding for two bedrooms in record time because she knows all of the products so well. We got everything we needed, and it was quick and easy because Patrice walked us through it all. Highly recommend.

Sal is great for finding the right size suit in minutes. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for in-store, they can order it and you pick it up. Their suits are wonderful, but will be expensive.

Ms. Mirna is amazing. Offered to help before I could even think to ask for it. Didn’t pressure me at all, just stayed nearby to answer questions and was a complete delight. Bought a couple of shirts just because of her kindness. Will be back for sure, so long as she is here to take care of my transaction. Also, I want to add that Mr. Richard is one of the most helpful sales reps I have ever come across. I purchased some shoes today after the terrible experience I had at Macy’s. Next time, I’m coming here FIRST. Dillard’s is really onto something with these amazing employees. I’m turning into a regular customer here because of these awesome people! Really hope they get raises occasionally because it’s hard to find these type of employees. Keep them at all costs!

I got a bra fitting from Evelyn and I think she might be a witch? She took one look at me and knew EXACTLY what size I needed like magic! I’ve been wearing a new bra for a couple hours now and I cannot believe how much better my back and shoulders feel! AND she was super nice! Another employee, I didn’t catch her name, also checked in on me while I was browsing and was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience.

Spend have the day in Dillard's searching for the perfect gift for my wife and mother. Came in contact with several associates but only one greeted me and offered assistance. This woman was exceptionally professional, nice an very patient. She offered to walk me to several areas in search for the perfect gifts, I've never had that happen. The entire time with a smiling face and positive attitude. All to say this is the type of people more department store need. Kenisaha you are amazing both of them loved their gifts thanks truly.

Had the best service and help ever yesterday‼ Went to help my son get ready for our cruise today. Coming in from another state we had last minute forgotten items to replace. Randy R. In Murano was such a fabulous help. He did everything right. He helped choose pants that fit, suggested a shirt, and even assisted us in choosing shoes for the occasion. I would definitely recommend this location and Randy R. He saved the day.

There are enough extremely helpful and attentive staff to help you. I don't often shop here because it is somewhat expensive- but the clothes are top notch quality. The sales ladies seem to sense this without asking me, and they were so kind and so very helpful. It was bathing suit shopping for myself, which is stressful for me!!!!. But I managed to get out with a suit with the help of the kind staff. Other stores in the mall- you have to hunt down a sales person just to find an open dressing room, and then it's on the other side of the store. And then the clothes are not the same quality.

There is something nostalgic about shopping at a department store, something about the excitement of the displays and the elegance and the abundance of it all. Dillard's has that, especially for the Christmas season, yet the prices aren't elegant; they're quite reasonable. Friendly employees, neat as a pin, just a great shopping experience for Christmas or any other time of year.

Randy R saved my life. My husband and I arrived tired and hoarse from an eternity wandering the desolate expanses of Macy’s feebly calling for assistance.
Upon our arrival at Dillard’s we were shocked and cautiously optimistic to discover that there were actually living, breathing salespeople populating the various departments. Even more novel, Randy, the first such individual we encountered seemed to actually want to help us in our quest for something unique to wear to my brothers wedding, on our completely unreasonable timeline. Randy was a wardrobing wizard. Not only did he leave no stone unturned in his own department, he also toured us through the remainder of the menswear section, and even called other stores in the area to check their stock. We will definitely be back many times to see him work his magic.

Awesome shopping experience with The Randy R!! Great customer service. Others throughout the mens department and perfume were very nice also. Best shopping experince we've had in a while!!

Overrated is the only word for the same stuff which is much more reasonable in other places
