I am a former seasonal employee at two different Lowe's Locations! I always say I prefer the Lowe's over the highs (Home Depot) with the pandemic, they're kind of one in the same! Love Plants, so I'll go wherever they sell them!

The staff, Rhonda & Ace, in the Garden Center are so helpful & knowledgeable. They certainly know about the proper care of succulents/plants/trees, etc.! These are a couple pictures I took of the succulents I purchased and arranged.

I would be giving this Lowes a 1 star, because of the experience i had Thursday 9/22/22 after borrowing a truck to pickup my special order about 5:30 pm i waited 45 minutes to be told they can't find my order.
Fast forward to Saturday 9/24/22 about 1 pm a young man goes by "Dame" found 1 of my orders in 10 minutes, and was determined and never quit till he found the order from early in the week. It was 1 hour due to the shower door kit being moved from it's said storage location, without someone updating the data base so other workers will know that it's been moved.....
Dame is a 5 star employee. This store and it crew / managers who lead them get a 1 star. Be careful ordering big items from Lowes Metairie.

There are actually employees out on the floor to assist customers! Wow. What a concept. Everything is well organized and labels on the ends of the aisles truthfully state what is on the aisles. Large parking lot in front. Day laborers hang out near the entrance of the parking lot to help if you need. I have used them to help move things. Anyways. Inside, I was able to quickly find what I needed to get. Checkout was easy.

Shawn in the Appliance dept was very helpful and took his time with me explaining the ins and outs of washers and dryer. I am happy I ran into him! But now they let him go and I can't even find a manager to talk to -wont answer the phone

I love shopping here. Great selections and display of products. Associates very nice and helpful. This store isn’t close to my home, but it’s worth the trip. I also like the fact that they don’t sell second graded products as HD.
First class operation. Just wish they’d hire me. I know I’d like being in there employ. Plus, they offer a great starting salary.

Post Ida, I don't ghink I have ever seen a more well stocked store. The inventory brought in to help ease the punch of the storm was amazing. No problem finding what I was searching for, because customer assistance was outstanding. This is my go to store, in person and on-line for pick up. Thank you Lowe's!!

I have been a Lowe's customer for years, making many purchases, both large and small. Of course, there have been occassional issues, but they have always been resolved to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. Recently, I purchased carpet for my home and scheduled the installation to accomodate my work schedule. Unfortunately, there was an issue getting the carpet on time, which threatened to push my installation back for weeks. Thankfully, store managers David and Mike worked hard to resolve the issue, and when it was obvious the product was not going to make it in time, they supplied a more costly product at no additional cost to me. I will definitely continue to be a Lowe's customer.
