Sam's Club

Today I went to the optical department. I need to get glasses, otherwise I can't drive and get my driver's license.😅They are very busy, but they serve me as soon as they finish their work. Wow, they are very professional. I searched around and couldn’t figure out which one is more suitable for me. Jennifer Estrada came to help me and gave me suggestions on which one would be better for me. The service is best and very kind to,Thank you Jennifer 😘❤

This Sam's club look a little different from the Manhattan Blvd Harvey location , it clean & was crowded as usual. it looks smaller . The lines weren't long the staff courteously smiled It really helps to have a grocery scanner & be able to pay for everything on your phone. , It will allow you go towards the exit door a lot faster!

I'm happy that I went a little after 11 because the store wasn't really all that crowded. The staff at the store is always pretty nice and it is usually really well stocked with what you want.

Everyone that I have encountered with the employees have always been courteous and nice. The only improvement that I would suggest is the customer service desk. They are not friendly. And some have attitudes. I like your prices for the value. Love the baked chickens , salads and soups. All prepared food is always fresh and delicious. Thank you . I hope it stays consistent.

This is a good Sam's with plenty of stock, clean, and orderly.

Tire & battery saved. I had a blow out on my way to Mississippi. Managed to find the only place not closed by 6pm. I ran in with only an hour till close, expecting them to turn me away. But, the guys there found me & had me back on the road in 30 minutes.

Jonathan was very helpful and kind. He helped me find some items I was struggling with and happily showed me exactly where it was. Shoutout to him! Made my shopping experience great.

UPDATE: Last visit was Friday. Found most things I needed except for my favorite salt. 🤔. But do to circumstances being as they are, I guess that such things are to be expected. Some of the prices do give me a pause for cause. Simply put, prices are still higher than before the pandemic, but all-in-all, I still hold a favorable view. 😂......

Manager. And she Politely Helped us by loading our truck. And she was a true blessing 🙌 🙏

Some of best gas prices in town. After waiting in line for 30 minutes you would be surprised how many people have no idea where their membership card is once they pull up to the pump. These are the people that create long lines at the pump. One guy alongside me spent the whole time looking for his card while I was filling up.

I did a online order and pick-up. Pulled in to the designated spot, let them know I was there, and help the young lady load up my items since I had heavy stuff. Quick and easy. No problems.

It's nice and spacious. You can shop at your leisure. Cashier's are always friendly.🥰

They Had Everything I Wanted At A Great Price, I Unfortunately Lost My Sam's Card While I Was There, But Was Able Too Get A Replacement Card For Free. I Love Sam's Club, Will Definitely Be Coming Back.
