The sales were really good on Kids cloths and my wife found a few good items on sale as well. The store layout is good, up and down stairs sections. Overall not a bad experience, I just wish there were more rooms for trying on cloths.

I mainly patronize this store for the fragrance and occasionally, suits. When I’m looking for new fragrance, I work with Ms. Laura who is a great sales associate. I ensure that I give my business to her because she takes her time and listens to what it is I don’t and do like, in terms of scents. Within the last two weeks, I’ve given her service because she’s awesome! Go visit her nowwww! My latest purchases was Versace and Miss Dior… & jeez, talk about hypnotizing! Store is more than not clean, temperature is appropriate and most sales associates are cool. Parking is horrible near the causeway and Vets entrance though!

I love this Macy's it's one of the best around the employees are always welcoming and nice just like family this is exactly why I spent the type of money I do there!!!

I love that they always have coupon. The best dress selections. I waited till the last minute for a wedding and was so nervous I wasn't going to find one. Well I walked in to Macy's and there was my dress singing at me and in my size. I got so many compliments all night long

Great and safe mall. Clean and friendly staff in various businesses. In-person shopping is far greater than online shopping.

Great place to shop...but the collection is not great... limited options in winter wear

My go-to place for womens perfumes and mens colognes. Whenever it's gift time I usually shop here because they most are pretty knowledgeable in the "smellygood" area

So much nicer since the remodel. Lots of options for every member of the family!

Very mellow atmosphere no harassment nor following me around the entire shopping experience help was only there when I needed it and besides that I got a cute SeXY ROBE FOR 70٪! OFF NOW WHO DOESN'T LOVE A GIVEAWAY SALE🤑😜🥰 THERE ARE GREAT FINDS IN THERE DURING THE WEEK SO GET THERE AND ALSO LESS CROWDS!!!

So helpful got Michael kors bag belt and wallet employees really helpful and nice got a great deal on the bag saw it online but bought in store the lady came up right away and asked me if I'd like to try it on which I did they have a full mirror available so u can check things out from all angles 😉 got everything I came for very positive experience 👍👍

The cashier greeted us with a smile and was very helpful with what we were looking for. If I was able to shop every day I would come every day to MACEY just to see yall the beautiful smiles. I love this Macy’s. It has been my favorite store in Lakeside for many years. It is always clean and well air conditioned!!! There is always availability in the dressing rooms and they are always clean. They quality of clothes at this Macy’s is superior to most stores in general. I will forever be a Macy’s girl. Big thank you to the wonderful staff at this location. Alecia at the register on the 2nd floor women’s department is an angel. She helped me get the clothes I needed for work. I really appreciate her help today. She deserves a raise.

Shopped Macy's many times, always have what I need. Not enough registers open to serve the amount of customers in store.
Was treated friendly and with respect when checking out.
And found what I needed, at a reasonable price. And was given a bonus discount on item that was not advertised. And sales person was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will recommend to friends. And will return.

I have been contacting stores across the country on the hunt for a particular pair of pants and no one went above and beyond for me like Tierra! I am so thankful for her. I am a newly graduated law student looking for a particular blush colored suit and she made my outfit possible. Thanks to her, I had the pants shipped to my state of residence and should have the complete suit by next week. I am so happy! Macy’s, Tierra definitely deserves a raise and a hefty bonus!
