The Inn At Longwood Medical

We have used the Inn at Longwood to host our conferences each year. The staff are above and beyond amazing! Noemi with the catering services is incredibly attentive, kind, professional, and helpful! Karyn who helps set up the events has been amazing in getting our group set up before, and throughout the day of events helps ensure things run smoothly. I highly recommend their events space and catering! The food is delicious! They have staff to help with running the events day of for all your tech needs as well. The tech has been entirely smooth, allowing our events to run as we need and helping along the way.

The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially Angia Maia. Management was very helpful in securing my room during my last couple of nights there. Without my knowing they secured my room without having to change rooms or move hotels as they were fully booked and my stay there had to be extended another 2 nights. I am very thankful that he showed kindness and compassion towards me and my daughter during our stay. The overall service was excellent.

We had to be in Boston for a medical procedure. Deciding to stay at the Inn the night before turned out to be a great idea. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Room was immaculate, warm and comforting. Will definitely return!

Location wise, it’s loud because of all the ambulances and police sirens.

Very clean, very nice rooms with no weird odor. Bathroom is tiny but has a great shower and luxurious towels. Room has a fridge, microwave, safe, and hairdryer. Bed is OK, a bit soft for my taste but the pillows are nice and lofty. Climate control is good. The location is great, lots of places to eat and there's an attached parking garage, $25 for the night. There's a restaurant on site open til 9 but closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Haven't tried it.

Moving daughter into college. Great location to walk back and forth from dorm to this hotel. Nice rooms, restaurant was good!! Shower a bit weak but adequate. Beds and bedding were nice and comfy. Will stay again!!

Beautiful clean hotel. Had a wonderful time here. Staff was excellent. Overall incredible experience. Loved that we could walk to Fenway from here too!

Very clean rooms which have micro wave ovens, refrigerators, excellent TV,s ,excellent showers.Upon arrival we greeted by a very friendly and accommodating young man. Our stay was a very pleasant experience and the only negative experience was the staff refused to give us advanced directions to their parking garage ,after 5 phone calls we gave up and asked a Boston police officer when we arrived.

Parking spaces in their garage are very narrow. I had to literally squeeze myself between a concrete post and my car to get to the driver seat.

As are all rooms in Boston the price was ridiculous, and worse yet we had our hands tied as we were there because our 10 year old was having emergency heart surgery. It's bad enough we were completely stressed out but to add to it the financial stress of getting a room for the 4 nights would have paid our mortgage one would think the service would have been impeccable and the amenities amazing, truth is it was a glorified motor lodge. Thankfully we aren't petty and simply did what we had to!

If you are visiting the hospitals in the area, this hotel is very convenient. Also have a restaurant along with being next to a food court and a CVS.
The rooms are decent and the bathrooms are on the smaller side. It was clean and quiet.

Centrally located in the heart of Boston's premier medical campus, makes this an excellent ace to stay. Rooms are set up with a king or two queens. Shared with my daughter and had adequate space. Bathrooms are on the smaller side. Coffee and eateries close by. A 10 minute walk from 2 green lines. Highly recommend.

We stayed here following my daughter's day surgery at Children's Hospital. Our room was clean, beautifully-decorated and quiet. It seems like it was updated recently. The beds were soft and comfortable, and the white linens were perfectly clean. I had no issues with the hotel. The only difficult thing was trying to find something on the Longwood Grill menu (for room service) that my daughter could eat after surgery. She needed plain soup, but we customized the French onion soup and made that work.

Wonderful hotel with wonderful people. Rooms are pretty standard and well maintained. Think middle brand Hilton or. Marriott properties. Very convenient to the medical facilities in Longwood are and close to Fenway and two MBTA green lines (D and E). Very clean pub but it was closed during our visit so we didn't try the food.

If you have to visit the hospitals in Boston (Dana Farber, etc.), You can't find a close place to stay and they offer a medical rate. Decent restaurant, food court, and CVS attached.
