Had a great experience with Caleb at the Frisco Showroom. Excellent customer service and very patient explaining options and equipment combinations. Looking forward to a summer full of grilling and hanging out on the patio !

Went in to just browse around and start planning for a project I had in mind. Even though I didn’t purchase anything, Caleb was extremely informative and super pleasant to deal with. He helped guide me through my planning process without being pushy. Great guy to deal with and has definitely earned my future business for my upcoming purchase!

I had the pleasure of working with Derrick James at Paradise for our recent outdoor kitchen purchase. Derrick was extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, nor did he pressure sell or try to sell us anything we didn’t need. Due to our yard configuration, our set up is on the smaller side but if I did another backyard oasis, would probably contact paradise first. The purchasing process was easy, and the equipment was delivered and installed in a timely fashion. The installers did an excellent job, and I could not have been more pleased with the way everything turned out. You won’t regret the quality of Paradise grills!

My husband and I had a great shopping experience while viewing the many outdoor kitchens Frisco’s Paradise Grills has to offer. Our friendly salesman, Derrick, went above and beyond to make us feel at home while he showed us the many gadgets on the tiki hut. Derrick helped us personalize our tiki hut to our likings and swap out the grill for a hibachi. After only 3 weeks, we just had the tiki hut installed by a very thorough and personable group of guys. If you’re looking for a quality outdoor kitchen, we highly recommend Paradise Grills!

Beautiful showroom, I am recommending Caleb to all of my family and friends. He was very knowledgeable, answered every question we had and wasn’t pushy at all. What a great concept!

We were about to embark on a outdoor kitchen build from scratch when I came across paradise grills. I went in there looking to price grills however to our pleasant surprise saw that that provide prefabricated kitchens that take a day to install. We saw the Abaco and liked the finished product. Turns out it’s relatively cost effective too. Jimmy and Larry were helpful and explained all the features, building materials. Since they have a factory in Houston the delivery lead time is 3-4 weeks which is good.

Jimmy Ray and Larry are the best. They had everything we were looking for in an outdoor kitchen all in one package (wish we had known before we started our build out !) They have inventory too ! Go see the showroom by Stonebreir. Mention my review if it helped. I have to now figure out how to incorporate one of their Tiki Huts in our back yard !!!!

Great service! Tons of options to fit any budget. Initially we were looking at a custom build but after getting quotes, discussing the hassle and getting permits we decided paradise grills was the way to go! Plug and play, and great quality of product. Super happy with the choice! Highly recommend

1 Month Update - Loving it! Perfect for relaxing outside while my husband grills - we loved that it is moveable if needed and not permanent as I can be indecisive : ) High quality materials and looks great! Customer service from Larry is top notch! Highly recommend

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at Paradise Grills in Frisco!!! The salesman that helped us was Austin and he was extremely attentive and listened patiently to all my crazy questions. He then helped me make my choice as I'm not the most experienced person when it comes to outdoor grills/kitchens, etc. But I felt in good hands with Paradise Grills. If you need an outdoor kitchen in the Frisco area of Dallas, don't waste your time going anywhere else - Paradise Grills is the right place!

I have been in the store and there are many great items! Unfortunately I was not able to buy, but the sales staff are very knowledgeable and nice!
