Everyone at Red Maple is wonderful to deal with. From the call to make an appointment through the actual appointment itself, it is very clear they care about their patients, their comfort, and their dental health. Shawna and her team are terrific! I have recommended them to several friends for those reasons.

Am disappointed that I can't give Dr. Hoffert and her staff more than just five (5) stars. I would give them ten (10) if I could. Red Maple Dental is the very best of the best. Highly professional, they are fast, thorough, courteous, and pleseant. I can't recommend them strongly enough. FANTASTIC doesn't begin to describe it.

I have been a patient of Red Maple for over 40 years. I have always had the best of patient experiences. The support staff is excellent and well trained, as well as very friendly and supportive. Doctors in Miller and Hoffert are both extremely skilled dentists and very skilled dental counselors. I am one who is terrified of a dentist office ! But every time I come there it is always pleasant. Staff is top notch and always are welcoming as well as Dr. Make you feel comfortable and at ease with any procedure they are doing. I don’t get white knuckle as bad now knows it’s going to be ok and they take the time and effort to make sure you’re comfortable and happy !! 10-10 for someone who is terrified of a dentist you want go wrong going there. I highly recommend them to anybody hands down best dental crew around!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hoffert’s practice since she moved to Asheville as she purchased the practice from my prior provider. She is by far the most painless and compassionate dentist I have ever had. The office staff is second to none and actually still has employees that were there when I first walked in, in 2003. Communication is unparalleled, from my experience. As is the environment of the office when you are there. Due to a personal condition, I wreck havoc on my teeth and was last in the office yesterday after popping a crown off of one tooth and breaking off part of another. I have always been treated with kindness, respect, and empathy by the entire office and feel fortunate that they are my provider and friends.

Dr Hoffert is a very special person and was a blessing and grace from God in a very hard time in my life! She and the staff made me feel the most comfortable I have ever been and took the very best care of me! I would recommend over and over! Thank you guys so much! Bless you guys!!

Best dental office I’ve ever been to. Dr Hoffert gives really gentle shots and never hurts me.

The staff in this office are so very kind, helpful, and really care about their patients! I haven’t ever found a dentist I felt comfortable with, but Dr. Hoffert and her staff do an absolutely phenomenal job with anything you need done! Service is also very prompt and you can usually get an appointment without it being months out. Dr. Hoffert has always been very nice, throughout and truly cares for your teeth & happiness. Patti and Laura are always very friendly and take the time to help you to the fullest extent on the phone. Sarah does an excellent job at understanding my needs and concerns while making me feel very well taken care of. The entire staff are very helpful at answering any questions, providing pricing, and working to achieve the best result possible! For emergencies, they have even made to sure to squeeze me in as soon as possible (usually same day!). Very great office and staff. I would highly recommend Red Maple Dental!

Red Maple Dental headed up by Dr. Hoffert and her exemplary staff is truly a dental practice for the ages. The expertise of Dr. Hoffert, her assistant Dar, the hygienist Stephanie and front desk person Laura are the best. Their care for this patient is truly something felt, an inner comfort level that you can't put a price on. The attention to detail, the kindness, the CLEANLINESS is something to behold. I recommend this practice with 15 stars out of 10. And as they will tell you, I'm not easy to please.

I have been with Red Maple Dental for years, even before they went by that name. Each of the dentists have been very personable, professional, and good communicators. The rest of the staff is super nice, skilled, and efficient. I.mean you, Patti and Ashley! My teeth are in great shape and I am very grateful.

I'll begin this review by stating Dr. Hoffert and the Red Maple team are simply the best. If you are looking for a team of dental experts who utilize the latest technology Red Maple has it. If you need a dentist with the highest level of training and skill set then Dr. Hoffert meets that criteria. She has undergone post graduate training and internships in implant dentistry. She's very pleasant and can explain the most complicated condition or procedure in terms you can understand. I underwent what would be considered a rather a complicated and intricate procedure and she handled it with ease and the highest level of skill.

The staff at Red Maple are incredible. Everybody is so nice and friendly that it's like visiting old friends when you go in. And they are all highly trained and professional at their jobs; not to mention caring and sincere in helping you with whatever problem you have.

If you are looking for dental care with folks who actually care about you and are at the top of their game then I highly recommend Red Maple Dental.

Red Maple Dental has such a wonderful staff, front desk is very friendly and the assistants are top notch, especially Kaitlyn. Dr. Hoffert is so professional and does incredible work. I’ve had my wisdom teeth extracted and fillings done at this office and I can’t thank Dr. Hoffert enough for taking such great care of me and my teeth.

I've been seeing Dr Hoffert, Stephanie, Patty and the staff at Red Maple Dental for about 3 years, and have been very happy with their service and treatment. The entire staff makes you feel welcone and at home. I'm a big baby about mouth pain, and hadn't been to a dentist for several years, so have needed quite a lot of work done, but they worked with me and I now go to my appointments worry free. They are out of my insurance's network, but I don't want to find another dentist because I like them so much. You can't go wrong with Red Maple Dental!!

I've been pleased with the professionalism of everyone at the office since I became a patient about 2 years ago. Had a cavity taken care of for the first time today and it was clear I was in the care of a well tuned team. They barely had to talk as they were working, they were fast and there was no pain. I won't hesitate to recommend them.

Dr. Shawna Hoffert of Red Maple Dental (Asheville, NC) was recommended me by several very satisfied clients. She is an amazing dentist and a lovely person. She replaced a bridge with two implants. I was presented with a plan and costs from the start. Dr. Hoffert and her staff were always courteous, helpful, smiling and professional. I did not have to wait past my assigned appointment times.

The equipment at Red Maple Dental is current technology. Dr. Hoffert explained the procedure(s) every step of the way. She answered all my questions without hesitancy. There was no pain at any time and rarely any discomfort. Getting implants takes several months and involves a number of visits as tissue needs time to heal properly between stages. Der Hoffert is a perfectionist and I appreciated that she did not try to rush the process. My final visit involved placement of the permanent crowns. They felt like natural teeth immediately. No adjustments were necessary. I could not be happier with my experience at Red Maple Dental. I have recommended Dr. Hoffert to everyone I know because she is the best.

I hate going to the dentist. However, I love the staff at Red Maple Dental. They understand my trauma from early dental experiences and help me relax. They explain what needs to be done and why. Last week I had a small filling replaced. They matched the color of the tooth so well that the filling is not visible at all. Next month I will have a crown using their new in-office process. Having practiced dentistry for many years, I am very aware of great technical and behavioral skills. Dr. Shawna Hoffert is one of the finest and most gentle dentists that I know. I recently had 3 crowns replaced and the procedure was totally comfortable and efficient. The dental assistants were awesome, as well as the entire team, which made the experience great.
