Had a problem with purchasing a mirror at the Johnson city location with a online coupon. Called the location manager and corporate couldnt help, i had to go to a store inperson for pay adjustment.
Had to drive another hour out of my way unfortunately, but I was quickly helped by a store Associate at the cashier and shown the manager, was in and out within 5 minutes. Bother employees were very nice and understanding. Would shop here if i needed to go back to a kirklands.

Everyone was very nice. There was an employee standing at the door handing out ads. I'm handicapped and having to use a walker and coming in or going out, never offered to help open the door. What's going on with common courtesy?
