Went in to this store last night with all of my bridesmaids after my bachelorette dinner downtown.
Let me first tell you that the two women who were working here were SO FREAKING SWEET! If you have anxiety and that is what’s stopping you from browsing, know that they will make you have no worries at all!
They answered any questions we had and were so inviting from the moment we walked through the door! They carry plus sizes! I believe she said extra small - xxxl! There’s so much merchandise to choose from, including a specific section for brides (even an extra spicy basement) and all very reasonable as far as the price is concerned.
10/10 would definitely recommend and shop there again!!

I love VaVaVoom for all they offer and how clean the establishment is. It always feels so nice and airy, open and welcoming.

I went in looking for something very specific for a dance performance and not only did Maggie greet me with such a calm and kind energy, she also wanted to help me find the perfect outfit. And she did!!
The best part, Maggie was perfect. Not pushy, not following me around, yet she went and FOUND the garment of my dreams and brought it to show me. I really did appreciated her kindness and that she wasn't pushy. A lovely person and made me want to write a review simply based on her.

I'll be back regardless but hope to see Maggie!

First found this store about 5 years ago and it was amazing then. Finally got back around to revisiting and still a very nice store. Staff was eager to show items from the cases. A lot of plus size inclusive lingerie options as well. Also be sure to check out the downstairs section

I cannot recommend this store enough! Metra and the staff at VaVavoom go above and beyond to create such a welcoming environment. Their Valentine’s Day selection is top notch with so many gorgeous sets. Don’t forget to take a peak downstairs, you won’t regret it!

Wow. Where do I begin. The selection, the size inclusivity, the amazing customer service we received. We absolutely LOVED VaVaVoom and will be back countless times, in sure. Luxurious but not snobby, I felt so welcome and Metra helped us immensely without being pushy about purchasing. I HIGHLY recommend this store!

I came into the store not really sure of what to look for. The store attendant, Sam, was personable, made me feel so comfortable, and helped me find the perfect gifts. She really knows the true meaning of great customer service!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were shown around by Christina who explained the differences between different items with very fine detail. Even when we had an issue with our product, they were happy the help and fixed the issue right away! Couldn't be happier.

We were in Asheville this past weekend for my bachelorette party when we spotted Vavavoom and decided to check it out. A great find! They even gave our group a discount in order to celebrate. I love that they are focused on accurate, safe, sexual education and consent.

Best customer service I have ever had in a shop like this, Samantha made me and my wife feel incredibly comfortable and spent time with us to answer all of our questions! She was incredible, the shop has fair pricing for HIGH quality products, its not cheap but you are paying for top end. If you need someone for advice and experience with products, I recommend asking for Samantha.

I was on a bachelorette party trip this past weekend and my friend, the bride, wanted to look at lingerie for her wedding along with some other goodies. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable about all of their products and the fit of their lingerie. Madison helped us the whole time and provided lots of information about different product questions.
