Rocket Fizz Asheville

This is an amazing candy store. And it was in downtown Asheville, which is a walkable shopping district. The store was unique and loaded with old school candies and new candies and unique sundries. The prices were typical for a one-of-a-kind candy store. It also had a array of candy and flavored sodas.

It’s a cute shop to walk into and even just look around. Gives you a nostalgic feeling. I did buy the barbecue Carolina chips. They are honestly good, and they had one Mexican candy in there that I was so happy to find because I am a half Mexican woman and I love Mexican candy. Now the only thing is that being able to find a different countries candy in there was pretty cool, now that being said I wish there was more options like that. But overall, it’s cool to go in there. They do have options and even many different sodas to want to try as well.

Outstanding service. Cashier was happy to provide free samples and made sure our bag was filled so that we got the most value. Must visit.

This Rocket Fizz store is locally owned. From the moment you enter, you can’t help but smile and feel childlike. The owners are welcoming, and there is plenty of eye-catching items for you to enjoy. One of my favorite items was bacon and big foot air fresheners 🤣.

My wife and I stopped here on a whim and we loved it. The owner was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out some sodas to try. The store had a great atmosphere and everything was reasonably priced. Would recommend!

Really awesome selection of candy here!! I love that they have all sorts of candies from international to basic grocery store candies! Huge soda selection as well. Sodas as odd as pickle!! Really enjoyed my time and happy I drove an hour and a half to see this store! The fake lottery tickets will be a nice touch!

I loved this place, everything was cool about it. The people that rang me up were very nice and helpful on what to buy, the inside was so cool and colorful, and the candy tasted very good. 10/10.

This place was my childhood dream lol. I'm a 80's baby and some of the candy that was there reminded me of my childhood. I want to come back. The lady at the cashier was so welcoming. She made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions. I wish I remembered her name to thank her again. I will definitely return!!!!!!!

Such a cool place to buy candy! They have a huge selection and the staff is super friendly. There soda pop selection is amazing too! We really enjoyed stopping in on our visit to Asheville today.

Very cool place with all of the old school candies and sodas. The best part is that they know a lot about the history and local nuances of each candy and soda.

I love rocket fizz. The mystery bags are where it’s at, even in the small one, you get a significant amount of candy and a soda for $10. It could take you weeks to try every type of soda they have and they have a great assortment of candy as well. Staff was very vigilant about mask mandate which I heavily appreciate - staff was also very friendly.

Rocket Fizz is a fun store for both kids and adults to explore, all sorts of candy & snacks plus what seems like every conceivable flavor of soda.

So many drinks and candy, also they have candy imported from out of the US. Our first time there today. Also from Tennessee and was out here and stopped in after seeing it online. Spent 60$ first trip and not upset at all, would recommend.

Awesome selection of new and vintage candy and soda brands, the perfect place to satisfy the need for something sweet.

My bf and I came here yesterday not knowing what to get .. we were kind of just window shopping around town. The gentleman at the register was super cool & very helpful!! He helped us figure out which flavors the funky sodas were. When I tell you good customer service will get you more loyal customers it’s the truth! We will be returning once we’re back in town! Great prices too 🤌🏽

Stopped in with our teens today. We were shocked to see how many sodas they had to choose from. The candy selection was pretty cool as well. Our kids were thoroughly impressed. They had all the usual flavors of soda and even some really strange flavors like ranch dressing, grass, enchilada, and bacon! If you're looking for something neat to do with teens, take them to visit Rocket Fizz. They will LOVE it.

A fun, retro candy shop with tons of wacky soda flavours. Something here to please everyone. Friendly staff, wheelchair accessible, & convenient location make this a must-stop spot for a downtown tour.

What a fun place. So many candies and sodas to choose from. It's fun just browsing them all. Frankly, I've never seen so many sodas. Who knew Farrah Fawcett had her own drink? 😀
