Eric is very knowledgeable and his customer service is superb!! I can not say enough good about how superb Bankers Insurance treats their customers. We bought a new vehicle and a condo in Asheville while still in Florida. It was the first time in 30 years I didn't have to jump thru hoops to get insurance. They were polite, professional, helpful, friendly, just wonderful! We have competitive and A+ insurance because of they actually care about their customers.

My wife and I relocated to Asheville not knowing a sole...I did due diligence for many things, doctors, lawyers, insurance agencies, bankers, and more...like many I made bad mistakes. Finding Bankers Insurance or more specially Liz Burke was one of the good ones. She put us at ease, listens, and explains in as much detail as you want, she follows up.
