Amo is our favorite coffee shop in the area, including Charlotte.

One of our favorite things to do is find new coffee shops to try out.

We've been to dozens all over, and still prefer the coffee and ambience here vs anywhere else.

Great selection of coffee, tea and food.

I love their cappuccino and latte's.

Lovely place to indulge in a delicious scone, sip a coffee, and get some work done on the laptop. Lots of personality here, cozy and charming, but might need noise cancelling headphones if you prefer total silence and others are meeting for coffee and chat time around you. ;)

We highly recommend popping into Amo Café for a coffee and snack or considering them for small or large events. You will not be disappointed working with the wonderful owners, and both you and your guests will have an amazing time!!

My husband and I had a private welcome event at Amo Café for our wedding guests. We loved the coffee, food, and décor at the café and wanted to share it with our guests. The owners were lovely to work with as we planned the food (appetizers and desserts) and drink options, including beer and wine. They made the majority of the savory food in house and worked directly with Queen City bakery nearby on our desserts. We had only planned to bring in some small flower arrangements for décor because we loved the café environment from the get go, but the owners also surprised us by setting up some gorgeous table displays for appetizers and a chocolate fountain! They truly went 200% above and beyond to make our event one of a kind and a welcome environment for our guests! We had about 75 people drop in during the 2 hour window we reserved the cafe. There was more than enough delicious food for everyone during the event, and the owners also supplied us with take away containers so guests could take home leftovers to make sure none of the tasty food went to waste!

AmoCafe was such a great experience! We were served by the owner and while we enjoyed our coffees he told us about the wide variety of brewing machines and methods he had available. He really knew what he was talking about and our coffee was top notch. The cafe was beautifully decorated. We will be back soon

This place is so cool. They have so many unique coffee contraptions, but even the "regular" espresso is delicious. Yummy pastries, WINE, cozy atmosphere, and the nicest owners you will ever meet! I adore this place ❤

This is a wonderful cafe with delicious drinks. The owners are friendly, thoughtful, and sweet! The beans comes directly from their farm giving your coffee a delicious and exceptional flavor. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable.

This is not your normal coffee house. AmoCafe prepares prestigious drinks for a steal of the price. Each order is prepared with care and half the fun is watching it be created. Expand your taste by trying a Turkish Coffee or a Japanese cold press.

Good thing I don't live in town or else I'd have a crepe named after me! 😄. One of the most original, fresh, homemade, delicious . . . yet slice of non-American cafe offerings you will find around. But the American dream is very much alive here as the husband and wife team treats you like family and everything tastes authentic and amazing. This is how to do breakfast, lunch and desert folks. Do not pass this place up... it's one of the best cafes I've stepped into in a long time.

What a great cafe! They have so many choices, more than just coffee! They have so many iced coffees, pressed coffees, juices, desserts and pastries and free wifi for customers. I was able to meet with clients here, as it is perfect with small tables that are plentiful. They also have an outdoor area for nice weather. I got a strawberry lemonade, and it was great! Very tart and sweet.

Excellent coffee presented beautifully. Good space for a meeting or to just hang out at the bar. The owners are very personable and glad to explain any of the unique coffees they offer.

amazingly tasty. the coffee was AWESOME! so many different preparation methods, anyone can find a drink here. Also selling foods, sweets, and curios from Colombia and other countries. the atmosphere is sooooo relaxing.

After a nice day paddleboarding at the lake stopped here for coffee and lunch. My mocha was just fantastic, no mixes here! Not too sweet but still chocolatey. The owner was so sweet and made sure I got exactly the right thing. She talked me into a panini and I was not disappointed, really tasty. There's indoor and outdoor seating for physical distancing. Also if you're a local (which I'm not) there's a mug club! Bring your own mug and keep it there for an eco-friendly brew!

The coffee was great. The pastries and sweet treats were really yummy! The inside is unique with a nice place to sit and enjoy your drink.

I love this place! I found it by accident one day (I saw the coffee sign) & found a great little cafe! Great proprietors, the best coffee, tasty paninis & crepes [both sweet & savory]. There's a nice sitting area w/ both tables & couches. There's a shop w/ coffee & tea paraphernalia. & cookies, pastries, a case with cakes & cheeses. There's coffees, teas, wines...

Very tasty drinks. Made with care. Decent prices. Definitely prioritize this over many chains.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Best coffee and cappuccino in the area. If you have a sweet tooth their hot chocolate is incredible.
