What amazing incredible experience tonight thank you Aaron in Deli we're going above and beyond for my little boy exactly what he wanted potato wedges he had his heart set on there's potato wedges and about 6:30 p.m. there was nothing out in the store that was on hot display at all if there were any at all end Aaron has no after very brief few seconds he said how many would you like anyway it really touched my heart because if it would have been anyone else having none would have been no!! Instead Aaron goes out of his way the extra mile so that we got what we wanted also spoken to the manager named Anthony tonight and he was wonderful very courteous very kind very helpful the same with the girl named Amber who seemed to be stalking or working the floor super Khan staff I could not have asked for a better Food Lion experience employee wise thank you so much for being amazing people amazing employees

Always great sale prices. Store us always clean, organized and priced. Employees are friendly. They see you on an uske and always ask if they can help you find anything. I absolutely live Food Lion and don't shop anywhere eles.

This store has an exceptional associate named Mr. "BIG," Steven. He is a hard worker, he stocks shelves with fellow associates, and he blocks the shelves so everything is easy for customers to get to. He is friendly and hungry for knowledge by asking socially engaging questions that creates for rewarding conversations. This store is very lucky to have this gentleman working there.

I don't usually choose Food Lion if I have a choice, but I'm glad I did this time and here's why:
They went out of their way to be helpful and kind and I had the best experience in a Food Lion than I've ever had!
Not sure if it's the management or the region, but much better than those where I live.
The couple of items I bought were even well priced!

Friendly helpful staff. Good produce and meats. They have a deli and bakery section. They sell bagged ice, propane tanks, and can register NC watercraft. It was recently remodeled so they lay out is slightly confusing. Price is very competitive.

No self-checkouts here . Have plenty of cashier's. Nice clean store. A lot better than Waldo

Smooth shopping experience.. store seems recently updated with interior designs.. I love getting chicken from here! There's yummy cheese selection in deli area.. prices don't seem as competitive as walmart, but quality is nice, and you get a more grocery-focused experience.. staff typically seems like good, friendly hires.. this shopping center is typically busy, but there's alot here to check out.. smooth transactions, never waited too long to check out, I'm a happy customer, I always revisit.

I just went to this food lion today and I met one of their employees named Steve! I think his name tag said Big Steve. Let me just say he was the absolute sweetest guy I’ve ever talked too there. He has such a passion for this position and was showing off all of the stuff he did while on clock today. It was such a pleasure speaking to him! Great employee!

Very well stocked, very reasonably priced, great selection, I could go on and on. But it's the employees whom make this store great, from stockers to checkout. Is now my go to supermarket!

First foodlion in a long time that didn't have self checkout.....ehats the deal people? We need them express self checkouts cause people in foodlion be slow and have 2 buggies full and then card fets declined and they waiting on their friend whos in the back of the store and now we all standing there looking stupid cause only one register is open out of 8, but I still love yall though. 5 stars, but you gotta step it up and get them self checks installed.

I love this Food Lion. I work across the street so I come here for my occasional odds and ends. The staff is alway6 helpful and nice. The aisles are always stocked and put together nicely. The produce section is always fresh. Thank you for all you guys do.

I love food lion ,first for their employees who are so wonderful, I go into my local 150 plaza drive store and I get hugs and smiles, like I'm a family member, I get help with anything I'm needing , and I get deals , on a budget and the markdowns allow me to try high quality products like the more fortunate at a price I can afford. It's like going where all my cousins work, so friendly and helpful, I don't need to go to discount or big crowds at big chains store

Good prices. Usual offerings. Tube hamburger meat is very low quality. Great prices on turkey

This is my wife's experience at Food Lion.
I have to send out a huge shout out to my local Food Lion (529 E Plaza Dr, Mooresville, NC 28115). I arrived there this morning around 9:30am with my twins in tow. I put them in their stroller and grabbed a cart to pull along to hold my food. After adventuring down the produce section I headed to the next isle. It was slow going trying to push my double stroller, keep my babies happy, pull a cart with one hand, and shop at the same time. Ms. Susan must have seen me struggling because she came straight towards me and asked me to please let her watch my babies while I finished shopping. I was so relieved for the help! She took my babies and shared them with the other staff while I got to shop in peace! I am so grateful for her! Susan also helped me load my groceries into my cart during check out, walked my cart to my car, and unloaded them as well! It is the little things that help so much when you are a mom of multiples! I had to share what great customer service she provided to me today and the appreciation for going above and beyond to help a momma out!

Food Lion is perfect in everyway. You experience true good service. The food is outstanding. Every dept. brings something wonderful to the table. Shelves stocked beautifullly. Friendly, very courteous, attentive store.

I have a newer Food Lion 3 minutes from my house and I am grateful for that. BUT this is MY Food Lion from the 1st time I stepped foot in the store. I liked the height of the shelves, cleanliness and the most friendly staff! I found my most FAVORITE coconut water there #MOJO. At one point they started ordering sparkling Coconut water and I was dishearted. One day the manager and assistant manager were walking toward me and I decided to say something. I told them if they would switch back to The original pure #MOJO coconut water I would buy them out every week and I do my best to so. This past week I went to the store to pick up a few things and I went through Carol's line. She's so polite and nice, I enjoy checking out with her! She warned me that the frozen veggies I got had a tendency to split the bags to be careful. When I got home, she was right. I realized after I had shred my receipt that my Tom's deodorant was missing. It was late and raining so I decided not to run back up to the store. I was in there yesterday and mentioned it to Carol. She said check with Customer Service. So I went over and the manager just happen to be there. I explained what happened and he said just go get another one. I said but I don't have my receipt. He said that's ok. So I went and got another one and went back to show him what I had got and explained what happened with a group of teenagers while I was looking for my deodorant a few days prior. He didn't have to allow me to get a replacement but he did. Because I had already decided if it dropped I hoped someone that really needed it found it. I really, really like everything about this store and it's staff!

Absolutely a great team of positive people, wild received this today , I was bragging on the fun time had today shopping customers were talking with each other having fun only because of environment supplied by your team

This food lion location is pretty well stocked with a variety of products and produce. Since it is surrounded by Publix, Harris Teeter, and Lowes Food, it has to compete to stay relevant in the area.
This is also the only grocery store that carries the cookie butter spread that I like other than super Wal-Mart.
Location is good, the store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
