Very rarely do I write reviews but this was worth it. Tonight, in the midst of everyone Black Friday shopping, a worker at Old Navy was very helpful, consistent, and kind to me. Madison, did a great job at meeting customer service needs and making sure everything was in order for my purchase. Thank you so much!

Old navy is a well kept store with great deal and adorable clothes for my daughter. The customer service is great. I've had to return clothes before due to them being the wrong size and its never been a problem. I just love shopping at old navy. My daughter loves there fleece lined pants and how soft there shirts are. She also loves the Christmas fussy socks. Will continue to shop at this old navy.

Every associate I interacted at the Mooresville, NC Old Navy store was pleasant, friendly, and helpful. If she/he didn't know the answer to a question or inquiry, she/he did NOT hesitate to ask another associate. I don't live in NC; however, when I do visit do Mooresville again, this Old Navy location will be one of the stores I stop to shop at.

Had to return a coat I brought online the sales lady was great she walked me around the store showing me what options I had. Unfortunately I had to return the coat because they didn't have the size I needed but she helped me check to see if any other stores had the size I needed.

Good store, with great clothing selections. They seem to always have stock of what your looking for. It's very rare I've gone in looking or something and they not have it in my size. The staff are friendly which makes the shopping experience better. Good store, I will continue to come here!

Came in there shopping for jeans but unfortunately couldn't find my rare size of 33 X 30. Otherwise a very warm and welcoming urban store. Staff were really helpful.

Very nice, larger Old Navy store. Laid out differently than regular mall locations. Dressing rooms are located in the very center of the store. Clothes are neat and very well maintained. I didn't see a single thing out of place. Lots of selection for men, women, bous, girls, and babies.

So happy the manager was in and entertained my boyfriend while I shopped. Thank you you are so much appreciated.

My favorite clothing store in the world! The service is great as well. They are always eager to help you at Old Navy. I just wish we had a store in my town Statesville. 😔

One of the best places to find reasonably priced jeans that actually fit! They aren't all cut to fit on models, or 'ideal' body types. There's an option for everyone, including styles and sizes that are offered online.

The workers are always nice. Store is usually clean. I don't normally shop here but I come with my sister and am almost always impressed.

Everyone was very pleasant ,we were shopping for our 2 year old granddaughter and if we had a question someone was there to help us,our visit was great.
