Such friendly employees. The man with dreads is just the absolute best . Always so kind and efficient . Thank you for putting a smile on my face every time I stop by young man .

I asked a few questions about how the fries and fish burger is prepared. The manager explained them in detail. They can microwave the fish instead of grilling to prevent cross-contamination. Fries are fried in a separate oil. They were friendly and helpful.

If you want a Vegetarian king Jr menu, ask them to put no patty between the buns.

Drive thru experience with Fina. She was soooooo nice and juggled everything. She literally took our order, money and walked to the other window to five us our food even with others working. Told her I'd be giving a review.

I went through the drive through to get the impossible burger and was amazed at how well the person taking the order listened and was attentive. I didn’t have to repeat myself and she clarified the order with me. I was going to suggest a promotion only to find out that the woman taking my order is Tara and the general manager of the store. Great job Tara. Thank you for your excellent service.

Awesome service from this crew of 3 running the store, taking inventory and providing excellent customer service. If you visit this location please be patient with them. They are doing fantastic being very short staffed. And the lady with the "Green Day" Jacket is exceptionally talented at her job.

Amazing service from 1 employee her name is Sharon I ordered inside and my order was delayed a while because of small complications coming from the kitchen, the lady working drive through could tell I had a long wait and talked to the crew members and was able to get my meal to me with a quickness, she was very polite and responsive and took charge I appreciated her dedication to my service and would highly recommend her to management my recommendation comes with high regard to the speediness of her service and her attentiveness to the customer.

The food was fresh. The buns we're soft.

Candy was amazing she got our food and drinks out in a matter of time. Our fries were hot as well as our burgers. I usually don’t choose Burger King but lately McDonald’s has been slacking.

My guys and I came in around 11:15 and they were extremely short staffed and busy... The very pretty lady in front was very professional and was on point to the best of her ability... If I owned a restaurant I would try to steal her from you... Just kidding... Maybe... But seriously, you have a good lunch crew here... Thank you...

Between free whoppers from T-Mobile Tuesday and the coupons I feast like royalty for pennies here. Although they seem to not be so discount friendly. Employees throw up static like discount is coming out their pocket personally. But a deal is a deal I still go.

No matter how rough it looks Candy and her staff make sure the food gets cooked and the customers get served. She is always willing to make your day/night and she makes sure you’re well taken care of. The numerous times I’ve gone they have always made it a point to help everyone and anyone that steps foot or drives through their restaurant, thanks Candy and the staff!

Burger King is having problems with not enough employees. They are doing fairly well to keep the wait time down. I really appreciate them being there and willing to serve us. The food is good and the service is provided by friendly people. I will return for more food and smiling faces.

Everything was fresh,the inside of the establishment was clean, and so were the restrooms. The staff was professional and extremely nice. My family of 5 looks forward to returning to this location. Thank you, Tara, for making this a great experience.

This BK is a convenient lunch stop for me, so I pickup once or twice a week. The people are great here - they always remember my drink and that I get it without ice.

Called a large lunch order in for my coworkers and myself. Had the pleasure of talking to Kimberly.our order was great no complaints whatsoever. I am so thankful for Kimberly she bagged the orders separately so no ones food would be touched. Everything was hot and tasted GREAT thank you so much for caring and taking such good care of us. Tara here at the Mooresville burger king was absolutely amazing, she took my order very quickly and did a fantastic job completing my order in a timely manner. She is the best! Thanks again for going above and beyond for your customers.

The person that took my order through the drive-thru was super pleasant and patient. I had multiple modifications to my order and they got my order right. They included napkins as well as sauces to satisfy my order. I was warmly welcomed and thanked for my order. I didn't feel like I was "just another customer" that they needed to push through the drive-thru. I even ordered nuggets and the woman said "I am so sorry we just ran out but we have chicken fries buy one get one for a dollar". This is the customer service that I expect. Whoever is running this location, you are doing a GREAT JOB!!!

I like the diversity of this location! Different ages and nationalities. The food is great and the staff currently all have good attitudes!! Specifically Michael and the lady that’s usually at the first window with the glasses. Always my go to location. ⭐

The food was great and the young man was kind and polite the service was very good considering drive though was full but it didn't take long to get my order well satisfied with them
