This place is so cozy and welcoming. You get a lot of bang for your buck. You can probably share a meal since their portions are much bigger than elsewhere.

I found this place by accident. I had to pull off the freeway due to car issues. The restaurant is tucked away behind a hotel so it is a bit hard to find. However, this place is amazing! The first impression was the interior decor of the restaurant. I felt like I was at a Mexican Resort. The chips were so good. Get this, they had twelve different salsas that you can select. The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist and our waitress. I wish I would’ve gotten the receptionist name because she deserves the recognition. Our waitress Fernanda was AWESOME!!! I can go on and on. I love the experience that I had at this restaurant I will DEFINITELY be back again! Enjoy 😊

Stopped in for a quick lunch on a road trip. Restaurant is right off of I-77. Food was delicious, service was great, no wait for a table. Very generous lunch portions! I had the ACP Mazatlan.

Legitimately one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a while! We were just driving through on vacation and expecting an average, well-traveled spot next to our hotel. Man did this place blow us away!! Super bright, upbeat atmosphere. We sat down and had a waitress immediately greet us despite the place being packed. We had our drinks within one minute of sitting down and our food within ten minutes of ordering. Food was delicious. Then by chance at the end of our meal, a mariachi guitar player showed up and started playing requests for the whole restaurant!

This place was great! It was super busy and we walked right in (with a small party). Once ordering we had our food in less than 5 minutes, so fast that it was surprising. On top of that, the food and the salsa bar were great!

This is my new place to dine. My family and I enjoyed everything. The tortilla chips were crispy and warm. The salsa was fresh. We tried both types of Horchatas; so delicious! My mom enjoyed the Seafood Pescadaro. My children and I loved the Cheesesteak Burrito. It was stuffed with steak, fries, onions, green peppers and mushrooms then drizzled with cheese. We had leftovers b/c the burritos were so big. I also took home the Chicken & Spinach Burrito and Chipotle Chicken Burrito. We had a good time with the mariachi singer singing La Bamba. I will definitely be going back.

Hands down, best Mexican restaurant around Mooresville. Has become our regular dine in place off late. We did many take out orders from here during covid times, and now go for dine in mostly. They prepare fresh guac, which is cool. Have good ambience inside. There is a big salsa bar inside with varieties of salsa. Take out orders in the past were always great. Love their drinks collection, specially cocktails and margaritas. Great Mexican food option in a convenient location on exit 33.

The portions and food were excellent. Our waitress was friendly and extremely polite. We had 2 large dinners and 2 margaritas for $45. It was very reasonable. The place was super cute inside and was very clean. We went 45 minutes before close (sheepishly I'll admit) and they treated us very well. Our food came out fresh, hot and fast. The music was a tad loud but everything else was phenomenal. We will be back!

Doing a restaurant in Houston Texas and love Tex-Mex. So when I travel out of state and get Mexican food 9 out of 10 times it is terrible. Del Sur is unbelievable with the quality Of their menu items and the quantity of food you get for the price. Exceptional service, exceptional presentation of food and oh by the way, all the employees are extremely friendly and happy with their responsibilities with customers. Next time I'm back in North Carolina I will stop by!

I highly recommend this place. Was my Wife’s birthday and we went with all the fam and some friends. The food was Amazing and we ordered some drinks, let me tell you, the best margaritas I ever had, so delicious and the service was wonderful. We were served by a red hair girl, she kept an eye on us the whole time, she was very sweet and kind, I think her name is Wendy or something like that, but I’m sure next time I will ask for her as our waitress ! 5 stars service!

The only thing I didn't like is that we had to wait almost 40 minutes to be seated, but I get it, it's understandable.

Some of the best people!!! And food!! Family run business!! Huge drinks huge portions huge menu! All for decent prices… I’ve been staying next door at the hotel and I come over to this restaurant at least once or twice a week for 5 months now! There California burrito is like 10bucks and could totally feed 3 adults it’s so huge !! If you come in say hi to Fernando nicest guy in the world!! Happy eating !!

Came in for dinner and was seated immediately. Server came to table and took drink order. Immediately came back for all order and dinner order. App was the bean dip. As you can see in the photos it is bean and cheese dip. Absolutely delicious! I was about 10 chips in when my fajitas (steak and chicken came out). Much more food than I could eat. The steak was a little over cooked but had great flavor. Great food and incredible friendly service! Definitely give this place a try.

Don't let the hokey decor fool you. This place may be the best casual dining Mexican fair that can be found in the Charlotte area. Prices are refreshingly forgiving, and the staff is fast and efficient. Bartenders know their stuff too.

Husband ordered carntias and I had enchiladas Verde. We ordered a guacamole appetizer and it came with grilled onions! So good! Great salsa bar with deep fried jalapeños. We just recently moved here from California and this has been the best Mexican food hands down💜

Just stopped in for a quick bite because it was close to the hospital. It was WONDERFUL!! I've NEVER seen a chicken and spinach burrito that HUGE!! And DELICIOUS! The beef burrito was fabulous - chips were warm and the atmosphere was delightful. Service was A+++ HIGHLY recommend!

Recommended by a friend and we love it! Great food, highly recommend their ACP (arroz con pollo, rice with chicken) so good! We went back again a few days after our first visit....and also, their jumbo margarita will definitely fill you up. They have a little sauce station where you can get any kind of sauces for free. Pick the one you like, from nonspicy to really spicy! Try their jalapeno, really good (and spicy!). We've tried ACP, tacos, tamal, fajitas...ACP is still my favorite and go to dish.
They do get really busy, even around early dinner time. First time, we got there around 5:30 and it was packed already, We had to wait for about 20 mins to get seated...and unfortunately they don't accept reservations. Get there early or maybe after busy hours.
Parking wise, they do have a huge parking lot...we didn't have any problems finding a space.
Think I'll go back again, if not this weekend, definitely next weekend.

I eat here often. It's so good. I think it's the best Mexican 🌮 Restaurant in Mooresville! The portions are humongous. I always take half of my meal home.

Everything was great. So much food. ACP was So delicious. Everyone was so nice. Great service. I will be back. I live 45 min away but I will drive it to come back.
