One of the best stores to shop in North Carolina for men and women prices are extremely reasonable and their merchandise has lots of quality to it

Always enjoy finding high quality items here. And very much appreciate they are closed on Thanksgiving so their employees can enjoy time off.

Good place to shop for great discounts on name brands. The store is clean and neatly organized. They have some good practical items for the home as well. The shoe department is extremely limited to comfort and athleisure type footwear. Nothing for dress up or evening. They do not cater to the curvy or plus size because there’s only 2 racks of mostly tops.

I went in with the intention to window shop but left with some excellent items.

One of my favorite places to shop. Sometimes it can be hit or miss, but if your looking for home decor it can't be beat. The selection of children's clothes is awesome. We happen to go their for storage containers and was not disappointed.

I mainly shop here for holidays and birthdays. They have a great selection of shampoos, makeup, clothes, a small selection of cast iron, and other kitchen accessories. Baskets and bathroom accessories as well as sheet sets and comforters, they also have a small shoe dept

Love shopping here. This is my go to place for shopping on socks.

Always have a great experience at this TJ Maxx. Great selection, friendly staff, fantastic prices. We've been going since we moved up here 5 years ago and we've come to know several associates which always makes for a pleasant experience. With the pandemic they've been very mindful of their customers & employees, which is awesome to see, and even after being closed for a few months they restocked very quickly and have continuously had great stuff coming in!

I just want to praise Zina the dressing room attendant at the time of my visit.
I am a first time mom, a breastfeeding mom. Now any mother knows it’s hard to handle a squirming baby, even at just 7 months old. My MIL was checking out and I was attempting to feed my baby under her cover as normal and Zina approached me. I’m used to the rude comments, the judgmental glances. I’ve had a couple at a restaurant attempt to kick us out because it was “nasty and ungodly”. (The manager kicked them out instead)

NEVER have I ever had someone approach me and offer to HELP. Zina offered to open a dressing room for me so I could feed in comfort, sit down. She was amazing, friendly, and professional.
On top of her, Her manager. The store was reasonably busy so I didn’t want to call a manager to the front to praise her. These employees mostly get hate, or complain to a manager- so I wanted to praise her. Acknowledge her. Tracey answered the phone and took the time to get the story and even give me the associates name. I just want to thank both these ladies for standing out, and making me feel welcomed. Thank you Tracey for acknowledging your amazing employees and Zina for doing more then just your job.

TJMaxx is awesome, do yourself a favor and pop in for a peek! You never know what you'll find, but they have great deals and this store is kept fairly clean and organized. Sometimes the lines can get long, but they do their very best to move everyone through as quickly as they can.

Ryan is consistently pleasant when checking me out. He goes above and beyond and the company is lucky to have as an employee!!

Wonderful customer service went for and beyond when I purchased a defective pocket book purse. Without hesitating they replace my bag and I really appreciate your time to help me in this situation thank you.

THIS WAS MY REVIEW OF TJMAXX BEFORE CHRISTMAS 2022 THEN MY COUSIN AND I WENT THERE YESTERDAY 2/25/2023 TO SEARCH FOR PURSE BAGS. OH LORD, NEVER HAVE BEEN TREATED SO BAD IN MY LIFE AND THEY NEVER SAID A Word TO US. THESE TWO WOMEN EMPLOYEES THEY KEPT WALK IN ALL AROUND US WITH THERE ARMS CROSSED AND WATCHING US LIKE WE WAS GOING TO STEAL THE BAGS AND FIR ONE THEY HAVE SERCRITY THINGS ON THEM SO HOW CAN WE STEAL THEM. WHICH WE WASN'T. AND ALL WE WAS Doing WAS LOOKING AT THE BAGS WE JUST LEFT THE STORE FEELING SO BAD HOW WE WAS TREATED. WE WILL Never EVER GO TO TJMAXX EVER. ILL GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS PLACE IF IT HAS ALREADY GOT A BAD REPUTATION HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS. WE UNDERSTAND THERE IS Theft HAPPENING EVERYWHERE IN STORES BUT WE WAS Doing NOTHING WRONG. FOR ONE YOU GUYS LOST A HUGE SALE YESTERDAY IN BOTH OF US AND IN THE FUTURE BUSINESS ALSO. BUT I HAVE BEEN THINKING About IT. YOU GUYS DONE US A FAVOR BECAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT IN THE PAST YEAR 3 BAGS THAT TWO IF THEM THE STRAPS BROKE AND THE ZIPPER BROKE IN A SHORT TIME IF ME PURCHASE THOSE BAGS FROM TJMAXX. Tj Maxx, the dreamy day-off-treat-yourself Heaven that it's always been... This is a fantastic location, always clean, with plenty of options for everything they carry. The team working here is very helpful, cheerful, and surprisingly stoic to handle the crowds and lines so quickly and professionally!
