Back to back days no showed on appointments without as much as a phone call. I had to call her both times. The first time it was a “dentist appointment”, when I had just confirmed my appointment with her the day before. Then the following day we had rescheduled and I’m waiting once again with no one at the shop I wait about 10 minutes and finally call her and without really any explanation she’s just like oh. And told me that she was on her way. I asked how far away she was she said 10 minutes. I waited there for another 45 minutes no-show no call. Completely unprofessional. I support black businesses but I don’t put up with people who don’t know how to run a business. It doesn’t matter. I’ve had locs for 30 years and been dealing with wonderful loctitians over that time. This is not someone that I would trust, ever.
