T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This place was great. One of the best T-Mobile experiences I've had. I went in about an issue with my old Samsung S8 phone, and Brett very patiently informed me what we likely going on with it and my options. He even mentioned a few things T-Mobile service members at locations in the past hadn't or said wasn't possible, like being able to trade my phone in for a good discount towards a new one, with its front still intact. Was told in the past that it couldn't be traded in due to damage on the back. I was EXTREMELY relieved to hear this from Brett, and it encouraged me to go ahead and get a new phone, which I did.

Throughout the rest of that day and over the next few days, he, Tony, Kaden (*sp), and others at that location continued to be very helpful and patient as I kept coming back for various reasons -- neither of which was their fault. They even helped make smooth the process of my changing phones after realizing the one I bought was too big!

They were all very nice, helpful, professional, and flexible throughout, which made it a very pleasant transaction overall.

For any at that location who sees this, thank you again!! And hope we won't see each other again anytime soon! 🙂

We were looking for new phones with better service and less money per month. We found it at Tmobile on Hendersonville Rd. In South Asheville. The person helping us was Isaiah. He was patient and knowledgeable and fixed us right up with new phones with unlimited data, saving us $40 a month. Everything is working well.

Zay is the fricking man. Top 10 customer service experiences I have ever had. Make that man a manager!

My rating isn't so much for the store as it is Isaiah. They didn't have what I needed, but he was still super helpful and friendly and even called another store to make sure they had the phone in stock. I work in sales and basically live off my phone. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism.

Well, since the big switch to T-Mobile, this place is amazing. 5 stars across the board. No complaints. I guess what I'm trying to say is, go visit these folks. If you still have a bad taste in your mouth from the previous establishment, just try again. I assure you the amazing customer service from the employees of T-Mobile will help you forget about the disaster that was called a phone provider that existed here earlier. 😎 Shout out to all the cool people who work at T-Mobile in any location. You guys rock!!! Oh and for anyone who made it this far and you're still wondering what the heck I'm talking about, I've left the original review down here where it belongs.

I wish there was an option for negative stars on Google.. this place was absolutely horrible. When we walked in the employees didn't even acknowledge our presence. I walked around the store looking a bit and purposefully passed the desk where not one, but two of the three yellow clad Sprint associates were standing and they both looked up and simply turned back to their "work" if that can even be a term used for what they were doing. Save yourself some headache, do not patronize their store. Speaking of store... It was kinda grimy.. I mean to say that I wouldn't touch anything in the place and felt as if I might need to bathe after I got back out the door.

Phone stuff is always stressful for me, but PJ and her colleagues were super friendly and patient, and took the time to listen to me so we could figure out my phone number transfer together. I’m so grateful for their support. They solved my problem in just a few minutes!

The staff was very professional and took their time explaining the details of each plan so my significant other and I could get the most bang for our buck. I would recommend this place to my friends and family they helped us get a new phone and discounts. Many trips to the facility to fix our phones and many other matters such as questions that needed answers; they were a big help. They try their hardest to get you exactly what you need!

Went in today and the guys there were very friendly, helpful and professional. Made me happy that I’m a member of the T-Mobile family.

We came into the store planning to leave Sprint, as we felt we could get a better deal somewhere else. Devin went above and beyond, showing us the actual numbers with Sprint and even the other providers, and showing us where we could save on our current plan and phones. He even told us how to save if we were to leave Sprint. That's great customer service. There was no pressure, and we left totally satisfied with our visit. We stayed with Sprint. Definitely recommend this store.

I had trouble with my cell phone after an update and found Bret to be extremely knowledgeable and very helpful in fixing the problem. We are very lucky to have him in the South Asheville store!!!

Came to this Sprint store with low expectations (medium experience in past) but was BLOWN AWAY by helpfulness and genuineness of current staff. The details of my 3 hour interaction here are long and interesting to be sure, but I want to reduce it all down into a short read.
The first person I interacted with (Poto) helped as much as he was able, then the manager of the branch (Chuck) aided me to the best of his ability as well. Finally (luckily), the district manager was there trying his best to assist me. The hard part of my interaction was that the real issue I had was an Apple product one, not Sprint, but these guys just kept trying and trying on my behalf. Again, details aside, they went far beyond the call of duty to make sure I left that store in the best place possible under the circumstances.
I want to emphasize, this review is not a 5 star rating of Sprint, Sprint's services, or products. This review is a 5 star rating of this store's employees and management team. I am frankly not a fan of any cell phone carrier, so having PEOPLE who went the distance for me made all the difference. Thank you guys, genuinely
