Asheville Mountain Pharmacy

One of the best pharmacies probably on earth. The staff are very quick and so professional. They truly make you feel very welcomed and like you've been a customer for years from day 1. I'll gladly drive an hour and a half out of my way to go to this pharmacy over any pharmacies in the Kingsport Tennessee area. The owner of this pharmacy truly knows how to treat people and I promise you his business will be booming well it already is booming but it will continue to boom for many years to come if he keeps this same practice in place. Never change Asheville Mountain Pharmacy you're truly one of a kind. Thank you so much for all that you do for each and every one of us on a day-to-day basis.

I love Asheville Mountain Pharmacy I just call Paul and it's done. I'm not just a number he knows my name when I walk in and he explains the prescription to me. Even if I'm sick he brings it to me. How great is that?

I try to conduct all of my business with locally owned shops, but for some reason I have just always gotten my prescriptions from CVS or Walgreens. After finally having reached my limit with the big names, I decided to reach out to Asheville Mountain Pharmacy. Paul was prompt with his response and extremely kind. Not only is he way more efficient than any corporate pharmacy, but there is an added personal touch as well. I really can’t believe I didn’t make the switch sooner.

I didn't know a pharmacy could bring me such joy! I live in Montford so there are many closer pharmacies, but the experience Paul offers would be worth an even longer drive. I've never dealt with a more competent pharmacist, and the communication is incredible: receiving text updates with the price when my prescription is ready. Such a great pharmacy - responsive, friendly, answers questions - I could go on and on. They're a bit out of my way but I would much rather drive a little ways.
If you're using any other pharmacy (like Walgreens - yikes), transfer your prescription(s) - trust me, you'll be so much happier!

The employees at Asheville Mountain Pharmacy are extremely friendly and helpful. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve experienced. Paul and Jack are very personable and always provide a great experience for me; they always greet me by name and with a smile.
They offer very competitive prices. My normal prescription cost is always lower at Asheville Mountain Pharmacy than at the larger chain drug stores.
The RxLocal App they use is user friendly and convenient; you can request prescription refills and communicate with the staff with a quick response time.

Super quick fill of my RX. Very friendly and kind staff. Same co-pays as anywhere else, and I don't have to wait hours or days for a rx to get filled. Never going back to Ingles pharmacy.

Also, I learned they deliver medications for free if you're within a certain distance. How helpful.

The pharmacist is great! He was so friendly and made me feel so welcome. The prices are great also. I wasn't expecting thing's to be such a great price. My medications was half the cost of what I was paying.

This place is a godsend. I have been so tired of dealing with the chain pharmacies who never have enough help, taking forever to answer the phones when I call or getting my script ready. These guys are so nice and had my scripts ready so quickly! So happy it is here.
