Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I had an amazing experience at this location. I went in for an oil change and inspection. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They were not trying to up sale me on anything like most places. I actually at the end brought up having my cabin air filter replaced last minute and it was a few minutes past closing time as I was the last customer, and they still did it. I will definitely be returning to this location. Once they got my car on the bay, for my oil change and inspection, it did not take them long but we’re still efficient. I left a happy customer!

Great group of people. Just went in and got an oil change, tire rotation, and wiper blades replaced. Unlike other places, they weren't going through the whole song and dance of suggesting things that don't need to be done. Jacob and his crew were straightforward and to the point. Definitely would recommend them if you want a quick work done, fair price, and quality service.

I got my vehicle inspected. They were polite. It took a long time because there was a line and 2 other places I stopped before that said their inspection system was down. So I was happy to get it done.

Blake and Jacob were great techs on our visit today. On vacation for a couple weeks and needed an oil change, so stopped by. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable techs, and quick service!

I've always gone here to have my oil changed. They are quick and dependable. They offer so many other services besides just your oil change and its always worth it. They're honest and thorough, which goes a long way. Also decently affordable. They have changed my lights, rotated my tires, informed me about things I need to know about my vehicles for services they don't themselves offer. Speedy and good.

I’m very pleased every time I come here. The fact they stay open until 7 so people who work all day can have time to get in and out. The service I received today is by far the best, and convenient. Shout out to Logan and Jacob for providing great service, recommendations, and only a fifteen minute visit. Service you can see & experts you can trust!

Excellent place to go for a fast friendly oil change. They also changed my wipers and I didn't even need to get out of the car. Took about 15 all said and done. Really nice crew. Would recommend to a friend.

This is BY FAR, the best service I have ever gotten, they are a great bunch, experts in the matter and the price was more than reasonable.
I arrived with an oil leak on my van and they, though they could have said no, they fixed it and helped me to get back home.
Also the price was much better than expected, this has become my place to go when it comes to servicing my car.

Arrived at 5:30 realizing they were about to close and I would probably be rushed and met with Ill employees ready to go but they were extremely nice and thorough. I received an oil change and it was the fastest oil change I have ever gotten on any car. They were done before I even basically got inside to sit down. Mechanic came in and told me that with the miles on my car I was due for a transmission and radiator cleaning but it was up to me and I said I'd wait. They were all extremely nice and I was in and out and on my way. Highly recommend this place for a quick oil change and honest service!

I've been getting my oil change here for two years now and never been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and honest and I'm not constantly being gouged for money when I come in. I also just got my first emissions check at this location and it went flawlessly. Even if i didnt live across the street, I'd still give them my business!

A good group of motorheads. I'm a return customer and always recommend them. They offer quick, friendly, and professional service at a reasonable price. There is a slight markup on filters (I checked) but not enough to go to an auto parts store and take the time to install them yourself. It's money well spent especially if you're there to get a state inspection. You can't go wrong with these guys.

Very fast, friendly, and helpful crew. They were very patient with me as I had to take emergency phone calls for work when they were trying to ask me additional questions. They made sure to point out that my tires were worn to the wire, which was very good to know. Did mention additional services that they recommend such as changing the engine air filter, but was not pushy when I declined. I’ve been to all Valvoline locations in Asheville, but this one was by far the friendliest. Highly recommend!
