I went in for an oil change (and have gone in for a state inspection previously). Everyone I had interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They were honest and respectful regarding my car’s maintenance and I will definitely be back.

Additional comments: Love the reminder texts! And love that it’s next to a Mexican restaurant so I was able to grab lunch while I waited.

The professional team at Curtis Hi-Tech told the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about the service my car needed. They also carefully explained which services were urgent and which could wait a bit, which I very much appreciated. They took my car at the scheduled time and finished working on it a little earlier than expected. These are people I can trust because of their knowledge, courtesy, and integrity. My car is once again a pleasure to drive. Thank you so much for taking good care of my car. I plan to return the next time service is needed.

Best place in town! Came in for a oil change and my headlight not working. They had me in and out in no time. Courtney was friendly and helpful. I felt more comfortable bringing my car to a family owned shop verse a chain that nickel and dimes me to death. Highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I are new to the area and a couple months back she went to Curtis Auto for an oil change from a recommendation through her boss. My girl was very happy with their service and I liked how they treated her and how thorough of a job they did when it came to recommending what other fluids she may want to look in to having serviced in the future.
As a first time car owner I just experienced my first scare when I couldn’t start my used but newly purchased Volkswagen Beetle last week. When I finally got it running I took it to Curtis and Carl put her through a diagnostic test and had a diagnosis ready for me quickly. They put a new battery in and had my Beetle ready for the road in a couple days; Carl asked for more time with the car so he could have the chance to start her up a few more times throughout the days to make sure no more sensors appeared on the dash as they first did when the battery was dying. Carl was so honest and patient throughout this process and as a first time car owner this was appreciated more than I could express. I will be going back here for more service in the future - hopefully for minor but necessary things 🤞🏻 as will my girlfriend. And I will be recommending them to others! These folks run a tight ship. They're always pleasant, always helpful, and when you have an appointment that means something. I am very grateful to have found them. And, they are helping me take care of my car. I'm not a car person, but they give me great advice. I don't have to worry about that stuff, they've got me.

My old employer used to use curtis hitech 20 years ago when i moved to town. When my girlfriend bought a subaru and needed a mechanic i took her there. She is totally happy. My mechanic recently went out of budgie so i brought my van to curtis. Excellent, honest service. Every time.

I got my car serviced here and received excellent service. They told me I needed to get new tires and gave me a good recommendation for a tire shop as well.

Curtis Hi Tech always takes care of me. I can trust them to work with me on maintenance and service priority and urgency scheduling. They are always very kind and prompt with service.

My Mini Cooper gas cap cover flap locked and would not open. My gas tank was near empty. I could no longer add gas to my tank. I drove to Curtis HiTech, made an impromptu arrangement for analysis and repair. They fit me into their already full schedule, sorted out the problem and made a perfect repair in rapid time. The repair charge was modest, repair quality the very best. I am back in my Mini and I am purring. It was a five star service, beginning to end. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was astonished. Pleased.

Very friendly and helpful staff. If any "new" issues are discovered, they provide a detailed description and explanation of what has been discovered so the client can have the information to make an informed decision about any new repairs that might be necessary.

These guys do excellent work at fair prices! I was quoted $1500 to do a timing belt on my 1995 Toyota Celica. I gave Courtney a call and she said normally they do not work on a car that old, but because I was a good customer she would ask the owner if they could make an exception. The owner agreed to do it for me and Courtney scheduled my appointment. Total cost at Curtis Hi Tech was $672 out the door!! These guys are always my first choice when I need work done! Courtney does an excellent job keeping me informed and is always super nice to deal!
