I wish I could give them more stars. I got stranded from Fort Lauderdale Florida going to Mount Mitchell in the blue ridge parkway.
Thank God they were 2 miles from where I was. They (at least 5 guys) went above and beyond to help me. They turned a bad experience into something fun.

The employees here are the best! They are super helpful and professional, and when I bought the wrong blades, it was an easy exchange, and they actually put the right ones on for me. Thank you so much!

Came in for windshield wiper blades and immediately was helped by two employees. They worked with me to find the correct one, as my car requires special wipers. They were all friendly and persistent to help me out! Recommend you come here for all your automotive needs

The guys in this store couldn't be nicer. I've had some issues with my Jeep the last few months, and every single time they are so helpful and friendly. It was refreshing, especially after going into the Advance Auto Parts on Merrimon and the guys in there being total jerks.

I want to thank Caleb especially- I went in yesterday because my check engine light was on yet AGAIN- I asked for a mechanic referral and he got me set up with Johnny (I wish I knew the name of his business, I just know he's a mobile mechanic). Johnny met me at Auto Zone today and had my Jeep fixed in less than 45 minutes.

I will never go anywhere else for my Auto needs.

I am very bad at remembering names, however I can tell you the customer service here at this location is great! Came in with dead batteries and left with good ones and awesome conversation! The Manager on duty was very helpful too in finding what worked for me. Thank you AutoZone for providing a great place to get parts!

The technician, Jacob, was extremely helpful. He explained everything that I needed and assisted with the products. I had a light come on saying to "Check the oil level." I walked in and was greeted as soon as I walked up to the register. Very helpful, courteous, and I would highly recommend this Auto Zone to anyone who needs any help with their auto services and products.

Nice workers and helpful. Always clean. Also love the app, just look up parts and bring part number will save you time, only bad thing shows part is there but they say they can't find it need to fix it.

Very helpful, without fail. Guaranteed parts, they even helped me by installing wipers. Replaced a gas cap that had been tampered with and they replace it under warranty with no problem at all. Great advice, this is where I go for help with car parts, truck parts, and cleaning supplies. .

This is an amazing store, the staff especially tabs and Justin were extremely helpful respectful and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I left as long as they are working there I will always come and shop there.

I was in town for business and noticed a headlight out. After scrambling to try to get an appointment somewhere I decided to try Auto Zone. Kenyan sprung into action and immediately went to the car and got the proper bulbs for the job. In less than 10 minutes I was driving away with brand new fancy headlight bulbs at no extra charge for the install. Plus, when I offered him a tip he declined. Hey, this person should get a raise!! I can't say enough about my experience here. They made what could have been a real pain into a pleasure!!! Thank you Kenyan and Auto Zone!!!

This place was super helpful. Trevor was the friendliest, most helpful person I could have asked for. He even brought me an umbrella when I was working under the hood and it started raining! I couldn't have gotten done what I needed to without his knowledge, advice, and help. It was about a 4 hour ordeal between two days, and he helped me with any questions I had, and even came up for solutions to problems I encountered as I was repairing. He saved me at least 200 bucks by teaching me how to do it myself instead of taking it to a shop. I am super grateful for him!

I needed some good wiper blades without breaking the bank and stopped here because it was the closet auto parts store to me at the time, and I’m so glad I did! Gary saw me looking at the book of blade sizes and immediately took me his computer to help me more quickly. He talked price ranges and quality, got me the best blades I’ve ever owned at a good deal, put them on for me and even offered to put wiper fluid in for me when I said my tank was empty even though I didn’t buy the fluid here. Made my entire day!

You’ve got a customer for life if you keep people like Gary employed! Thank you!

Amazing service very helpful

Had a problem Wednesday when I went to leave the VA hospital across the street. Store manager was great. The counter guy, Will, was phenomenal. Gladly did the work I would normally be able to do myself. Many thanks to both.
