Tried the new Birddog
(2 for $5) Spoon for size. I'd order again, I enjoyed them.

Merriman Avenue staff go above and beyond definitely worth a stop! They gave us a choice and a taste test! They hand bread the chicken in house.

Very good food!! Did learn a valuable lesson though don't order online. It put me to a Google type pay thing which luckily didn't work. Would have been ten dollars more for two meals than ordering in person!

Traqoya store manager was amazing she gave great customer service.food was fresh like I asked with no attitude. She was very polite. Store was clean. Restroom was clean. She was amazing all around. Unlike the other stores I have been in I will continue to come to this Bojangles

IDGAF, Bojangles' in SC or NC slaps and there are no better biscuits anywhere. Also, all staff at any 'jangles' seem to be the most conscientious in fast food. Orders are always correct. I like that they care if I'm happy with my experience. Never change, Boj, never change.

Needed a Pepsi & found the closest Bojangles, since I love their fountain Pepsi!!! They never let me down.

The employees here are super nice! 5/5. And it’s good food - just another Bojangles lol. Better to give your business here than to Chick-Fil-A 🙄

The store on marrimon Ave. Asheville nc. Morning crew as of 8/25/2023, had a great staff. Kind service and very good work ethic. The crew and manager were great at communicating with customers and each other. Making dine in experience enjoyable. Even though a little short staffed still got customers taking care of and keeping dining room open. I've been to all the asheville and surrounding area stores. All are friendly but most close dinning room due to short staff. Thank you for hard working staff that manage to keep indoor dinning available.

I have never been Wowed like this before at a fast food place. The Manager "D" went above and beyond service and friendliness. All we were getting was coffee and we were treated like we were the best customers ever. I bet she treats everyone as well as this. I hope the owners will give her a raise. One of their competitors will snatch her up.

I regularly stop at this Bojangles on my way to work in the morning. The people that work there put a little extra love into the food preparation - it's like home cooking. Very reliable.

We had a large lunch for our high school robotics team from Bojangles last weekend and the staff was so great to us! They took our order in advance and had everything ready right on time. We really appreciate the team at this Bojangles, thank you so much!

I started off at a different Bojangles, I wanted a 20 pc family meal and an 8 pc family meal and they straight up said no. So I called the Bojangles location on Merrimon, Maddie answered the phone and told me they were out of dark meat but went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer even without the dark meat. GM had went to get more? But Maddie handled things great without the GM. Thank you Bojangles (it was so fresh and delish)

Tried the new chicken sandwich advertised.. Whoever made my order yesterday around noon you are a sent from the heavens because it was the best tasting and best looking sandwich I ever had. I am scared to order it anywhere else because you made that sandwich look like the advertised photo and that is RARE!! Thank you for the amazing meal!

The food tasted alright but did not sit well in my stomach. The ranch container I received was crusty.

We are not from around here, nor are we fans of fast food, including KFC. But Bojangles always charms us with what we imagine is a distinctive regional flavor that is downright addictive. Highly recommended!

I am on a low carb diet, & the sweet ladies working this morning were super nice & accomodating about my special request! It was delicious & a great way to start my day at work after commuting over an hour. THANKS LADIES! I will be back! You permanently have my business when I am in the area!

Bojangles on merrimon is always great! The staff is always prompt at atking orders and they are fast also in fulfillment of the order. They are very polite and courteous. Restaurant is clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend it if you want a quick bite.
