My brother and I were visiting friends out of town when our battery died the second we parked to go shopping. We walked to this store and the staff were so kind and helpful, one even taking the time to drive us all the way back to our car and helping with replacing the battery. We felt so lost because we have never replaced a battery or dealt with our car not starting before. We are so forever thankful to the man that was so kind and went completely out of his way to help us.

Clean, fair, and most importantly, honest shelfs are well stocked and neatly organized

They had the items that we needed for a job in stock . The staff knows where items are, so you don't have to waste time guessing.

By and large, auto parts are auto parts. You can find parts from the same manufacturers at multiple stores, and because so many stores are part of large chains, customer service isn't always what it should be.

I had the absolute opposite experience with this store. The customer service was outstanding. Because of scheduling difficulties on my end, I did not think that I would be able to get my part on time. They went out of their way to work with me, and got me exactly what I needed, when I needed it. Of course you never want to need the services of an auto parts store, but the next time I do, I will absolutely be going back here.

The gentlemen working at the Broadway St. location were nice and extremely helpful. They helped me with a battery purchase and made my day a bit brighter after having my car not start earlier this morning. I'm beyond grateful for their help! Thank you!

I love this place. Not sure how they stay in business, given there's never anyone in there when I shop. Sound products, friendly staff, reasonable prices. They have some great sales on oil and such.
