Dan did a great job repairing the "crack app" on my ipad. He communicated well, was reasonably priced and got the job done within several hours. Other places that I contacted told me it would be a few days before the repair would be complete. Tablet looks brand new. Highly recommend!

He did exactly what he said he would do in the timeframe he said he would do it. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dan and his business. I texted Dan at Marked Improvement Computer and Phone Repair because my android phone was making static sounds and phone calls were not coming through. Dan the owner promptly called me back to inquire about my charging issues on my iPhone 8 plus. I made an appointment and he advised me of wireless charging capabilities for my phone and also agreed to perform a repair of my charging port if needed. Come to find out the port only needed to be cleaned and the fee was minimum. I will use Dan again in the future. I would like to support small business owners and he has great reviews which is why I chose him. I highly recommend.

I came here after experiencing some problems with my Dell XPS15 9550. I called in, left a voice message, and Dan responded in a timely manner. We set up a appointment for a few days later, and Dan listened to the issues I had with my device. Within a day, I received a call that it was ready for pick up.

Dan was very knowledgeable and professional. I first brought him my Samsung phone to port over my contacts to my new one. He told me he had thought the phone was to damaged, but he said he would try anyways. Well his thought was correct. Since then I have brought him my laptop. Dan fixed my mom’s iPhone 8+. A charger broke off into it and we were worried the whole port would have to be replaced but he was able to just pull it out. Super fair prices and quick service, will definitely be calling Dan again if we have anymore tech issues:)
