Rona M. Church: Allstate Insurance

I have always received good service from Allstate and their agents, and have been insured by them for many, many years.

Rona and her team are great, they take initiative and follow up promptly. Over the last 4 to 5 years, Rona has worked with me and provided guidance on several different policies,  including adding and removing cars to our car insurance policy, renters insurance, builders risk insurance during our home build, and home insurance. The customer service that is provided here is second to none. We are satisfied with Allstate as a company but most importantly we are happy to have Rona as our agent and go-to person for everything insurance.

For over 10 years Rona and her team have always been very helpful and quick to respond when we have any needs or questions. We are always looking for ways to refer her agency to friends.
We had an accident last year and the entire process of replacing our totalled vehicle was made easy and stress free by Allstate and Rona's team.

We have worked with several different insurance brokers over our life and Rona Church is by far the most professional and most knowledgeable broker/agent we have ever worked with for our personal and business insurance coverage. She is thoroughly knowledgeable and informed of Allstate policies and coverage and is in constant communication with us regarding ways that we can improve our coverage and even save us money at times. We decided to choose Allstate a few years ago, but had originally started our relationship with Allstate with a different agent -- after we see that agent drop the ball on some issues, we sought out Rona and she immediately identified all of the areas that needed to be reviewed, analyzed, and improved regarding our insurance coverage. She has consistently gone above and beyond in her job performance for us and we would highly recommend Rona ... in fact we have given her name to friends, family, and clients. Give Rona a call .... you will wish you had contacted her years ago....we have stronger insurance coverage at a better price and she and her office are highly responsive to your needs.

This entire agency is wonderful. I have used their services for years and they have always gone above and beyond to help me- whether it’s quoting new insurance policies, adding someone to my policy or after I had an accident. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and friendly. It feels like the way businesses used to be- small, accessible and trustworthy. I never have to hold or deal with a digital menu when I call- I just speak to a real live, kind person who remembers who I am. My husband and I use Rona Church Agency for both of our auto and our homeowners insurance and I can’t say enough good things.

Very efficient and informative regarding my policies

I have been a long time customer of Rona Church's Allstate agency. The entire staff have always been courteous and exceptionally efficient with any insurance need or request I've made. Suzanne is especially helpful. If you are looking for a dependable insurance agent I highly recommend that you look no further, I'm sure you will be as impressed with them as I have been.

I’m not sure about other Allstate locations, but the ladies at this location are always so absolutely pleasant. I honestly have no dread about calling there at all which i normally can’t stand calling places. No matter who answers the phone, it’s always an absolute pleasure and I always end the phone call feeling satisfied.

I never had any problems with Rona. She was always helpful to me anytime I needed her. She is a very attentive and helpful person. I recommend her to all my friends and family for any types of insurance needs.

Recently had to deal with our son's car accident over the phone in the middle of the day while at work and Rona Church Agency took care of everything and even told me what to say to our son and the police officer on the scene! After making sure our son was safe and secure, peace of mind immediately became her primary focus. Everything was handled expeditiously and professionally as our son's car was taken to the mechanic and a ride home was arranged for our son from the scene of the accident! Thank you for always taking care of us! Even if it is over the phone.

I couldn't imagine trading the professional, quality and family like service for some "no face" insurance company on TV. If you want to be taken care of and truly appreciated Rona Church's Allstate is where to go.
