Fantastic experience across the board at NuCar Honda. I went in to look at a preowned SUV for my daughter and when it did not end up being the right fit, Bill the sales manager immediately found me something not just better, but perfect. From there our salesman Jason took over and was so professional, kind, relaxed and reassuring through the rest of the sales process. What I really appreciated and what stood out was how well the whole team worked together here and especially how much they all cared about getting things right. The right car, the right financing (no false promises and they made it work beyond my expectations) and MOST important the right way to treat customers. Grateful, well done, and thank you all.

He's charismatc and incredibly informative with great humor.

I was the owner of a 14 yr old car and knew that sometime this year I was going to look into purchasing a newer one. My car broke down earlier than I would’ve liked. I went in to have a recall issue fixed, then the next day I still had mechanic lights coming on. They diagnosed it was the battery, which I did replace because they went the extra mile w waiving the installation fee and the price was reasonable. This didn’t fix the issue, they wanted to keep the car longer to solve the issue. In the end they solved the problem. Mo Jawad was on top of keeping me informed with what was going on. Mo and the mechanic working on the car, did their diligence with solving the problem and went the extra mile with no added expense. Very pleased. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of working with Katherine, she was wonderful! She understood that I was a first time buyer and made sure to explain everything and help me the best way possible! Shawn is great, so helpful and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured. Bobby is great to work with and takes time to explain everything in the buying process. Myself and 2 of my family members have purchased cars from here. They treat us like family.

I would highly recommend shopping at Nucar Honda (formally Boch Honda) in Norwood. I arrived an hour early for a test drive first thing in the morning and was accommodated from the beginning. I traded in my 2012 Honda pilot for a 2017Honda CRV Touring with all of the bells and whistles. The staff were friendly (shout out to Sean, my salesperson who helped every step of the way). I noticed the day after picking it up, after it was cleaned, that I was missing the two all weather floor mats in the back (I knew when purchasing that it didn’t come with the front set). The next day, when I brought this up to Sean he talked to the manager and not only gave me the original floor Mats back, but handed over a box of brand new mats!
I was initially nervous as a first-time car buyer but this dealership went above and beyond!!

DJ and Brandon C in service were great to work with. I was having trouble with my vehicle and left unsatisfied from another service shop and wanted a second opinion from Honda. DJ was able to squeeze me in at 4:00 when I had only called an hour prior. The issue with my car was properly diagnosed, so not only am I glad I came here for a second opinion, I appreciated Brandon’s honesty and patience with all of my questions, and DJs willingness to fit me in on a busy weeknight. Will definitely be returning for future service needs.

Katherine and the entire Boch Honda team were a pleasure to work with! Even though it took some time to get the car built in the color we wanted, the communication was excellent throughout the process. We are 2 hours from Norwood but saved $$$$ over our local Honda dealers. They really bent over backward to earn our business! We recommend anyone that wants a Honda, no matter how far away you are, go see Katherine and the Boch team.

Mark was great to work with! And Samir is the best with finances, he went above and beyond getting me the best rate he could.
I went and got my inspection sticker a few days later and Yvie did an amazing job! She even went and got my registration from the front so I didn’t have to.

My last car purchasing experience was not fun… so much that I was dreading ever going through the process again. Nucar Honda in Norwood was everything opposite of my last experience! I felt heard and supported… never once pressured. They were flexible with me and communicative. I never though I’d enjoy a car shopping experience but Nucar Honda proved that wrong. I had a terrific experience at Nucar Honda in Norwood. Appointment for service was scheduled for the same day. Yvie, the contact point once arrived there, addressed timely and highly professionally all the questions I had. Feedback and requirements were provided in details and she accommodated any request on my side. Quote was explained in details and the service was completed the same day. They provided a car rental for 24 hours to allow me going to work. I received an outstanding service.

This is my 4-th year being Honda customer. I always have a greater experience with workers, assistants, customer services and cars as well.
