These people are the best!! Went up for the Festival downtown and had a car emergency. If it where not for an amazing employee going the extra mile to help us we wouldn't have made it home. Thank you, thank you, thank you for your knowledge and kindness beyond the call of duty!!

We were in town on vacation and had engine problems. These guys were very helpful. Especially Josh, he went well above and behind to help us out. Cut trip short to make 3 hour ride home while car was still mobile. Thanks so very much for the hospitality and help.

This auto center graciously accepted a UPS package for me after I explained to them that I had 2 sets of neighbors intercepting , stealing and destroying packages . I really appreciate their kindness and was able to get a very important document.

We where broke down in spruce pine ,NC and Kevin went above and beyond to help us and get us back on the road he is a hero for your store

You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat tourists. I went into this Advance Auto Parts with a motorcycle problem. Michael C (apologies if I don't have that name right) helped me with options, sold me the right parts and tools, and even gave me one of his own small tools to use. Really solved my problem in a helpful way. Thanks Michael and Advance!

Was greeted at the door by Josh who immediately started helping me find what I needed. He was knowledgeable and very polite. Great customer service!!!

Associate asked what I needed, they had it in stock, I was in and out within 5 minutes, good place if you need to make get something real quick, good prices.

They were busy when I arrived, however the staff was very helpful and polite. Went the extra mile to help someone out and I am very thankful for that!

Never had a part that they couldn't get me. Very helpful and you can "borrow" specialized tools. Great store.
