As I was buying my new house in Sylva, NC, I had to get the flood insurance transferred from the Seller to me. For reasons that are beyond the scope of this message, the process wasn't formally initiated until less than 48 hours before the close. Nevertheless, Eva got us the required form IMMEDIATELY, we signed, then she rushed it to an underwriter and got approval before noon THE NEXT DAY!! If you're considering Stanberry or another outfit, go with Stanberry. Sight unseen, best decision you could make!

Stanberry Insurance has a fabulous group of women/men working for them. Their agents are a phone call or email away. With our busy schedules it is sometimes easier for us to reach out via email. The agents are always super helpful and friendly and make our lives a lot easier.
