I went to pump gas and it offered me a car wash, so I paid for a $10 deluxe car wash. Drove up to the car wash and it says closed. Went inside and got an I don't know from the clerk who then offered up her manager. He finally joined the conversation and said he didn't know it was broken. He then walked off to go look at it. I stood by my car for about 10 minutes, he emerged from under the car wash gate lit a cigarette and proceeded to walk circles. I got in my car and drove over to ask what the deal was. He was clueless. I asked where I get my money back.... equally poor response. I would like my $10 back please.

Stopped in at 11:05 tonight. 24 hour gas station. Really had to use the restroom. Guys at front counter say rest rooms closed. I said how can you have a place with no facilities staying open 24 hours? He said dairy queen requires it we don't. As I walked out the attendee said behind my back damn why you got to be a dick about it. Very poor customer service. Will be back in morning to complain to Management.

For a place that is "open 24 hours a day, seven days a week" they sure do close the doors and not let people in a lot.

To the GM working in this store at 11.06 am on 11-17-18 you had no reason to talk to the girl at the counter the way you did and in front of a customer you're just disrespectful there is a office in the back for a reason just because you only have half of one arm don't mean you need to be rude to people I'm sorry people hurt your feelings about your arm but there's no reason for you to sit there and talk to him the way you did I am ashamed I'm glad I said something to you

Went in the store and put my stuff on the counter the guy huffed and acted like I was a waste of his time and then the entire time he was on his phone and didn’t even look at us

Great place to go if you like rude employees. Can’t do split card here either and terrible selection

These "ladies" are very rude and not helpful at all.
