I have shopped for gifts from the store for family/friends for over 15 years. Great selection of home decor, kitchen gadgets, men's/women's clothing and accessories, baby toddler gifts.

So cute! All kinds of gift ideas, good quality seasonal clothing and accessories for men and women, with a friendly staff. Really elevates the "general store" concept.

The employees and owners are very friendly and helpful. Great variety of gift ideas for everyone.

We stop by here on each trip through Sylva, NC. Nice people and a great selection of everything you didn't know you needed...socks, Christmas decorations, spices, coolers, and clothes!

Best hometown store around! The clothing selection is amazing (I can ALWAYS find something I “need”) and then there’s the household section, the Yeti, and jewelry sections and you’ll not find a more friendly and helpful staff ANYWHERE! Second to none ⭐

We visit Jackson's every trip we make to Sylva. I do not think we have ever left the store without buying something interesting or local. The entire staff is awesome!

I have enjoyed coming into this store for a few years!!! Everyone treats you with open arms like you are their family! I enjoy finding goodies for myself along as gifts for others, but I enjoy going into the store when I am feeling sad or down as they instantly lift my spirit and they don’t even realize it. I was able to visit the other day and was glad to be able to park in their parking lot located next to the building, I often have a handicap friend who loves to go into the store also but we have had a hard time getting parking, so it was very exciting to have a place to park which allowed her to come in! If you ever get the chance I recommend going into this store, there is so much to see, and a lot of love shared from the moment you walk in the door!!!

Jacksons is family owned and I LOVE that! Friendly helpful service, great selection of items, so many fun seasonal items (handmade gnomes and pumpkins) and so so much more!

Was a nice quiet store with plenty to peruse. Very wide selection of everything from clothes, kitchen gadgets, decor, and my favorite a wide variety of sauces and spreads from nearby locally owned businesses. I managed to pick up the house named Apple Butter Spread which went fantastically on my pancakes the following mornings.

Very friendly staff, a woman named Crystal had a polite chat with me as she rung up my items which was just the cherry on top for me. I would definitely recommend shopping here to anybody bowling through town.

What a place. A little bit of everything. My wife and I enjoyed our visit. Bought a few things as gifts. Neat building, the creekie floors reminded me of a 5 and 10 I used to go to when I was a kid.

My first time visiting today but I'll be back. They have the most unusual items. Today I bought a light weight blouse/cover and get this...a hummingbird swing!!

The staff here are all so friendly and helpful. My 5 year old daughter and I stopped by to check out the new location and I was thoroughly impressed. My daughter and were treated with such care and kindness. That kind of care and kindness that causes you to spend money. The employee I dealt with, Crystal, helped me find and try on the jacket I was looking for. She helped me put it on and take it off. She was very knowledgable about the products and to top it all off they were kind to my daughter. Most places dont like kids running around grabbing things but the ladies here were all so friendly and very accommodating to my daughter. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back to buy more items.
