Called ahead to see if they could help with my needs of delivering to another city. Went in, Webb was so helpful and directed me to a couple of very affordable options for our situation. Fast, easy transaction. Highly recommend

There are plenty of mattress places in Wake Forest but this particular business has always given top notch service. We never feel pressured or put out for our choices. They take their time explaining and offering suggestions and explaining the why of their suggestions.

We bought a king mattress and Jim was our salesman. Jim was very helpful and super friendly, he had us use their mattress fit test and it gave us a few recommendations and so we ended up with the sterns and foster mattress and we definitely both loved how it felt while we were in the store. We have had the mattress for a couple of weeks now, but I’ve woken up with sever back pain and stiffness everyday and the sad part is my husband says he has never slept this good. I’ll give it some more time, but if this continues I would have to return the bed for an exchange of another that would have to me more expensive because that is how their return works, if you go for another cheaper mattress, you lose the difference. I’ll change my review if I’m having a hard time with the exchange, I don’t think I would since Jim is a great salesman and he said if we come back within that 30-100 days window for exchange, there shoudln’t be any problems.

Phillip from Mattress Firm is INCREDIBLE. We went to a few stores and he made this place the best choice. We had issues with our bank and three hyper kids with us and he didn’t blink an eye. He was so calm and so understanding with what we wanted. He was also insanely knowledgeable. I felt like instead of trying to push us to a mattress he listened to what we were looking for and helped us find the best thing for our budget. So thankful!

Dennis was very patient and helpful. We gave him a tough job helping find a comfortable bed for my disabled husband. He took the time measuring and answering questions. We really appreciated it!
