Food Lion

This is my favorite Food Lion to shop at I always find everything I'm looking for and the store is always well stocked and well kept I stopped in one particular day for the deli to make a birthday cake for my daughter the deli did an awesome job with the cake it looked just like the picture I picked out in the food lion cake book and the cake was made just right my daughter said the whip icing was the best thing ever.

This wake forest food lion is fortunate enough to employ one of the single greatest workers anyone knows🥰Hi Naymon!!! He brings smiles , knowledge and a personality that can turn anyone's day around 😍 we love you naymon!!!!

This Food Lion is great the employee employees are awesome it's a few I just don't want to interact with cuz they're rude and have nasty attitudes but other than that mostly everyone that I interact with their dope they're amazing

Staff here was AWESOME!!! I wish I could remember their names, but the younger guys working night shift were a trip! I had to come to the store on several occasions, and every time, the staff was AMAZING, and I was able to find everything I was looking for. I will be seeing you guys again in about three weeks, when I go back camping! Keep it up!!!

Brand new store and it's really nice ! There's a lot of additions that I've not seen in the remodels. Food Lion has really stepped up their game !

My experience this morning at the Crenshaw Crossing Food Lion was the definition of the people who work there going "above and beyond!" I have recently started going to this location, though the Franklinton and Youngsville Food Lion stores are closer to my house, because the store is usually well stocked, always clean, and the people who work there are very friendly. This morning, I don't know her name, but my receipt says cashier 0215, was so friendly and conversational, and I had a lot in my cart. Anita (I think the manager) came over and scanned all the heavy items so I didn't have to pull them all out. I haven't had that experience in years! So I checked out and got to my car, and my car fob battery was dead! I couldn't get into my car because it's keyless, it just recognizes the fob. So I went back in the store with my very full cart of groceries, and Anita immediately approached and asked if something was wrong. I told her the situation and she was so helpful. She showed me where the batteries were without me having to search for them, and tried helping me figure out how to get into my fob (it turned out to be kind of complex...my fault, but the little buttons and the parts that hold them all came apart, so the fob was in about ten pieces). A very nice man that was shopping there with his daughter helped me (thank you SO much Todd and Amelia!) and I thought I could figure it out from that point, but I couldn't figure it out very easily, had a mountain of groceries, and Anita actually approached the helpful shopper Todd to see if he could further help! While he was reassembling the pieces for me, I offered to buy his daughter something as a gesture of gratitude, and Anita walked over to the refrigerated snacks and helped her pick out something. The genuine interest shown by Anita (and Todd and Amelia) is rare to encounter and so, so appreciated. Todd and Amelia even made sure my fob worked in the parking lot to make sure I could get into my car. I will always be a loyal shopper at this location! This morning's experience is so appreciated.

This Wake Forest area Food Lion is a virtually new, two or three year old modern facility. It is very convenient, has very easy access, and is a full-service grocery store. As of 2021, they appear to be actively practicing COVID-19 protocols. There is comfortable space in the isles, making cart maneuvers while shopping a more pleasant experience. The store always seems to be stocked with variety and is kept very clean. Payment is easy, with adequate staff to expedite checkout, whether you have a full cart or just a few items. Parking is easy and plentiful. There is handicapped access in the parking area and inside, and the store appears to be ADA compliant. This is a well-run Food Lion where I'm happy to be doing business.

Great nighborhood grocery store. Great deli and meat dept. Great, though small, wine and beer space. Great staff - very supportive and alert. Great selection of grocery and miscellaneous items. Great lighting and general ambiance.

This is the best Food Lion in the Wake Forest area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and always well stocked. Between the bakery items and the produce area, you would be hard pressed to find any better at some of the upper end grocery shops. I use the Insta-cart a lot and prefer to use the pick-up option. I use this because then the actual store staff do the shopping rather than a contractor. They know their store and rarely have items not found or replaced. You will not be disappointed in this shop!

Very pleasant shopping experience. Stopped in for something to cook for dinner and found the prettiest Mylar Bulb plant. Perfect to celebrate Easter this weekend. The store was extremely clean and the cashier Jenicka was extremely friendly and very helpful. Awesome customer service.

So, I have to use those thick gloves to was dishes because the soap and disenfectant cause a reaction on my hands. I realized this evening that my only pair of gloves had a hole. So I got into my car, drove to Food Lion only to realize they are out. I can understand latex, but those thick dish washing ones... Come on, I know most people have an automatic dishwasher...
I asked the manager if he might know of somewhere else they may be located. He had me follow him and wait while he went into the back of the store. He brought me 3 pairs of the thick yellow ones and told me I could have them. I was so touched! The people at this Food Lion have always been so nice and accommodating but this sealed the deal!

I tried this place out for the first time, recently. It's not a very big supermarket, but I really like the produce selection. There's a very big selection and great specials. They do a great job sourcing organic produce, specifically. Even when I don't do my full food shopping here, I get my produce from here.

Great places, great employees, usually find things I need. This is a new store. Some of the aisles are a little too narrow. But the veggies are in a controlled separate room. Very fresh veggies. Very clean store.🤗

It's a new Food Lion close to Falls Lake RV campground were we are staying. I was surprised when I found Fresh Pet food in their isles. Deli and fresh meat, and produces were stocked well. Just unhappy they don't carry Boars Head cold cuts. But I still give them 5 stars anyway.
