Started my journey in GOOD shoes a year ago and they have been great! Very helpful with knowledge of the shoes and listening to know my needs. They stand behind their shoes and are very pleasant and easy to work with if a problem occurs with a pair of shoes.
I highly recommend shopping small always and definitely with this company.

I stopped by to see what shoes they keep in stock before driving to a larger store or ordering something online. I ended up having a great experience and purchased two pairs of shoes and some socks. Brian was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. The store is well stocked. I will definitely shop there again.

The Mrs and I went to Run N Tri Outfitters today for some quality footwear. They have a great selection and fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable customer service.

No surprise that this place has almost a 5 star average! Went here for the first time today, and was blown away by my experience! I have constantly had foot pain while walking long distances, and I heard this was the place to try to solve for that!

First, everyone in there were so pleasant, like the type of people that would stop and help you change your tire, smiling the whole time. That was a breath of fresh air!

Got a great sizing, they took into consideration my foot shape, and looked at my walk, and brought me several options to try, being patient the whole time! Ended up leaving with two pairs, and after my first long walk, I can confirm they are absolutely perfect!

Excellent customer service and product!! They are so knowledgeable and helpful in finding the perfect fitting shoes. My husband and I have been going for years and are so pleased.

My first visit was to Run N Tri was great - after explaining my needs and preferences in a running shoe they helped me get fitted. I loved the shoes they helped me pick so much that a few months later I was ready for another pair of the same. I was able to call ahead and confirm that they had in stock the style of shoe I had purchased before and loved. Lee was super friendly and helpful on the phone and in the store - I was in and out in about 2 minutes. I highly recommend Run N Tri for their knowledge and selection, plus the great customer service.

This place is amazing. My husband and I have purchased shoes from there a few times now and hands down they have the best selection and their customer service is out of this world. Example, my husband had to end up ordering his size in the color of shoe he liked. After a week, an associate from the store called him and apologized for the delay on receiving the shoes and said he had found a pair and would have them at the store by lunchtime. My husband explained that he would not be off work until they were closed. The associate told him not to worry, he would just drop them by our house if that was okay. You don’t hear of this kind of customer service anymore but these folks have it and more! I recommend Run N Tri Outfitters 100%!

Meredith was so helpful in making sure I had the right shoe based on my personal circumstances, walk, and foot shape. I won’t ever purchase tennis shoes from a big box retailer again. It doesn’t get better than a personalized shopping experience! Everyone was so kind and wonderful.

Great experience! Salesman took time to get me fitted with a perfect pair of shoes that suite my ultra high arches and my supination issue. They are an awesome business! Support local!

I will be shopping with Bryan and his team FOREVER. We used to be die hard customers of another store but my dad popped in here early last summer and they took great care of him so we popped in before a race weekend (in late October) to pick up some Nuun. We ended up in the store for 2 hours, our amazing foster daughter got fitted for running shoes, my hubby & I got new running shoes, and we got the Nuun we came for. We were treated like family, they spoiled and entertained our kids, and we will never go anywhere else. We’ve already been back for more shoes and more Nuun.

Lee was so knowledgeable and provided superior service. They have a non pressure sales approach and we’re wiling to write the model down if I wanted to shop around.
He said the prices were locked by the shoe manufacturer and if I found a lower price he would match it.
I decided to purchase from him and support local business and just for kicks when I got home decided to look for a better price online and he was correct the prices are all the same.
I am beyond thrilled with my shoes and Lee exceeded my customer service expectations.

My boyfriend and I went in to get new shoes for work because we are both on our feet a lot. Meredith helped us and she was amazing! So knowledgeable, nice and super helpful! We will definitely be back for our next shoe buying adventure!

The service was great! Everyone was very knowledge about products and shoes. I was in need of inserts and supportive shoes and Allison assisted me in finding the right supports for my needs. I really appreciated the warm and welcoming environment from the moment I entered the store.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND VISITING THIS STORE!! I cannot say enough positive things about this place, the products within the store, and the staff. I’ve been there a handful of times and they have always had everything I needed, from running a half marathon to attending orangetheory classes. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which is rare nowadays.
My last visit I was in desperate need of some new running shoes. I tried on about 10 different pairs and they never seemed annoyed. I was able to test the shoes on their treadmill and we all celebrated when I finally found the perfect pair - that were even more comfortable than my last couple of pairs! I will always return to this store for all my athletic needs. Thank you to all who work at Run N Tri!

Outstanding service. I need two very different sized shoes. They managed to find the two pair that were perfect. They measured and diagnosed any issues and worked with me. Fast and professional service. I will be back next year to get a second pair.

This store was recommended to me by my gym and they were spot on. The gentleman helping me took one look at my shoes and pointed out all the ways they fit my feet poorly and what impact that had. Turns out I’ve been wearing the wrong size for years. They took their time and I left with a great fitting pair - I absolutely feel the difference after a few weeks of use. They have a generous exchange policy too which I appreciated. I will 100% be back when I need a new pair!
