AT&T Store

I had a long-standing issue with my account that could not be resolved on the phone. I was helped by Antwan, the assistant manager. He was courteous and professional, and went out of his way to resolve our issue. We were ready to cancel our service, but are now satisfied customers thanks to his efforts. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Nick was the BEST! He walked us through everything, we had some great laughs, and ended up walking away with a new phone, better service, and a cheaper bill. We will definitely be returning to this location — highly recommend!

Nick and all the staff of this AT&T location are amazing 🤩. I get there stressed because need a phone replacement urgently. Asked for an appointment and Nick jumped and told me they only have two others customers in front of me and could be with me im less than 15 minutes. I was in my lunch break so time was crucial. In 10 minutes he was asking me “how could help”. I explained my situation and he appointed me to the best cell phone option for my needs. Not only helped me on this, he also helped to find actual deals that could be applied and update/ improved our plan without increasing the cost. Definitely was 10 A+ customer service experience. Thanks so much.

This location was quite nice. No wait at all for service. Robert was quite helpful and informative. He worked to help us maximize the value of our plan and made the process of switching carriers simple.

Yesterday my friend and I went to At&t to see about switching our phone provider and inquire about new phones. Antwan was absolutely wonderful and patient!! He gave excellent customer service and having patience for me at least was a plus, because dealing with my parents who are not tech savvy was a headache. And I needed them to get me off the Spectrum account. Lord it took a while and gave the store a laugh, but everything worked out! Antwan you are a rock star!!!

Excellent customer service! We had an amazing experience with Hayley, who took her time with us and answered all of our questions clear and concise. It was the first time I was happy to be in a phone store!

Conner was very knowledgeable, polite, and honest. He made things easy to understand and listen to what I needed and wanted. It's rare to find a young person who takes pride in the work that they do and he's one of them.

Nick was PHEONOMENAL!!! His salesmanship and his knowledge of the various products and plans were next level. He has an infectious and charismatic personality that made you feel like you were in good hands and that trickled down to the staff. Rocky's energy and vibe was out of this world. Every employee was a vibe and it was refreshing. This was my first experience and impression of AT&T and they did not disappoint. I've had Verizon for 15 years previously and I've never experienced the level of customer service and care that I received today.

If you're looking for top notch customer service,a vast knowledge of their products and service and a all around good vibe with cool people go see my boy Nick and Rocky and the entire crew. They will hook you up. You won't be disappointed.

Conner made my experience an absolute banger. Walked in the door, was greeted right way. 15 minutes later I’m back in my car driving home with a new phone, all the accessories I needed and a lowered phone bill. No pressure at all trying to upsell me on things. Will be continuing to do business with Conner and this location as long as I can.

Came in looking for one thing and my boy Nick hooked us up and I ended up switching from Verizon to At&t. When I tell you Nick and his crew is on it..they are on it. This wasn't some mundane exchange from seller to consumer this was next level. You can't tell that this store has great leadership because it shows in their employees. Shout out to Rocky and the rest of the crew. First impressions are everything and these guys exceeded expectations. I highly recommend these guys to everyone. The whole crew is lit and you'll be getting excellent customer service like my wife and I did.

Coming into the AT&T is such a hassle but not at this location. Great outstanding service is the name of the game. We were helped by two wonderful team members Darrius and Jason. These guys are very approachable and knowledgeable. I have experienced pretty bad service but here these guys are superstar. I highly recommend this location.

Hayley was the best, she was very intelligent and knows how to work her job and be respectful and funny at the same time, she is very quick but tells you everything step by step, she deserves a paid promotion for smiling and welcoming us being humble and understanding every question when we were all finished she gave us a piece of paper that explained everything she wrote down on, she is the best and extremely humble. 10/10 will go there again.

Rocky was amazing! We had a few issues with our devices, pricing, etc and he got us back on track.

(I’m writing this review under my fiancé account) Rocky is the truthhhhhh!!! I went in the store really just to ask a couple questions but this man helped me leave the store with 2 brand new phones, a new watch and helped me save QUITE a few dollars! He spent so much time figuring out how he could help me and his patience is unmatched! I don’t think I could say enough good things about him and 5 stars is NOT enough. I knew working with him I wouldn’t leave that store without what I needed. Ya’ll need to see about ROCKY for all your needs. I don’t even do reviews but I HADDDD to man!! Rocky thank you!!!!!

I went into the establishment was greeted by Rocky acknowledging everyone that enter in regardless of who he was working with. Extremely passionate about understanding the needs of the customer. Committed to total customer satisfaction. Vibing with every customer until an agreement reached. No pushy sales tactics. A genuine natural. He reviewed my current plan and was able to save me $17 a month and put me into a better plan. Sold me some Beats headset. I highly recommend Rocky for a supervisory position.
