Me, my sister, and my service dog came in for a little bit of shopping and my service dog alerted her first true emergency in public at this store and all the staff and managers on duty were amazing. They stood beside me the whole time until help arrived and so did my service dog. Thank you for all the people who saw my dog wondering today and didn’t try to pet her or anything because if that would have happened she would have missed that true emergency and things would have been a lot worse. Thank you guys again so much! 100% recommended people to shop at this store they are great staff and very caring🤍🤍

LAURETTA and ASHLEY did a spectacular job. They both went above and beyond, through all hoops to help me with my prescription. They deserve a raise. 2 hours of dealing with my insurance company and more. They are amazing.

Target has great customer service and they always come out very quickly for my drive up orders because I love checking in at the right time before I get in the car to make the process so much easier and faster.

The girl that loaded my car at target stacked 3 cases of water on top of each other and put the other bags behind it. As I was pulling out of the parking lot I heard them all fall over. No big deal, it’s just water. Then I started smelling detergent. Pulled over to get gas and checked the back, this is what I found. The water broke the lid on my detergent and all 150oz ended up all over the trunk of my car 😭 I was so mad and just wanted to cry. Like how do you even clean this up?? I called Target and explained what happened, and told them I was headed back to at least get a replacement detergent.

Let me tell you, I did NOT expect what happened next. Honestly, I figured they’d give me another detergent, maybe a $20 gift card and obligatory apology. Oh no. They gave me a $40 gift card. Brought my cold items inside to keep in the coolers while they took pictures and filled out an incident report (to have a professional cleaning paid for), then CRAWLED IN THE BACK TO CLEAN IT UP as best they could. They also noticed one of the cases of water had detergent on it so they also replaced that. They were so nice and apologized profusely for this happening. They even left some what they called “hero pads” to continue soaking it up until I could bring it in to be cleaned.

So a big THANK YOU to Peter and Dustin at the Wake Forest Target for your OUTSTANDING customer service. I drove away truly feeling like you made the situation right.

This story will have you have a new wardrobe, house decorated like it's brand new, and fully with Starbucks.

I love this Target! I know many of the staff members by name and enjoy seeing them on my (many) trips weekly. Josselyn, Karen, and John at self-checkout are some of my favorites. They are always friendly and kind to my children and I. The produce department has fresh and quality produce which is often less expensive than Walmart and always in better condition.

Target's online ordering is great. I love the Red Card free shipping. Drive-up pickups are always quick and so far every order has been correct. Bravo!

Just gotta say I adore the cake decorator here! She makes the prettiest cakes…especially for a grocery store! I get my kids’ cakes from her for every birthday and occasion and have never been disappointed. She’s great and all the staff I’ve dealt with have been so nice!

This isn’t my favorite target because of the layout and it’s usually harder to find what I’m looking for. But, yesterday Mary went above and beyond to help locate two items I was looking for. It said they were in stock on the Target app and I had already looked on the aisles it listed but still couldn’t find it.

She probably spent 30 minutes or more looking for them and one wasn’t even in her section. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a store where an employee worked/looked to find something I’ve asked for or needed like she did. She was very kind and extremely helpful.
