Hampton Inn Boston-Norwood

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The Manager Steve was super helpful and provided amazing information about stuff to do in Boston and surrounding areas. Every time we saw him he said hello and asked how our day was going. The front desk agent named Giselle and Maria were both friendly and cheerful. The breakfast staff could smile a bit more but overall the staff was excellent.

The rooms are super spacious. Mine included a work space with a large desk, a couch that could sit two, and a kitchenette complete with a kitchen sink, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine stocked with coffee and tea. The beds are large and comfortable, and the hotel provides a lot of extra linens and towels. Also, the provided toiletries were remarkably nice. The staff was helpful and willing to answer all questions.

This hotel has great people. I met the new GM and the guy training him. They were super friendly and fun! I was checked in by Gisele who was friendly and attentive. Great hotel

The fron office staff was a great help. I booked through portal and they linked it to my account. The room is good its a quiet place. We have a 1.5 year old daughter and got a crib for her. Temp and ambiance is also nice and looks like rooms are newly renovated. Mr. Sam was amazing making sure everything is good. Very nice experience. Would highly recommend and great value. Breakfast is included and nice collection of hot and cold breakfast.

We couldn't have had a better experience. Check in took 3 minutes, our remote control didn't work and it took 5 minutes for someone to come to our room and replace it.
The on premise restaurant has the best clam chowder I ever tasted!
We will be back.....

I attended a collation after a funeral at the restaurant connected to the inn. The wait staff were very friendly.
The food was excellent and nicely presented. The fresh made potato chips were delicious.

We are arriving on June 30 and stopped by to update our reservations. I forget her name but she was very pleasant and friendly. The line to check in was long but she was quick. We were there today about 4pm.
I'm sure our stay will be pleasant if everyone is as professional as she was

The staff was wonderful. The hotel was extremely clean. I felt safe and secure. The breakfast area was extremely clean. I had a wonderful stay and I will be returning back to the hotel. Next time I have to travel out of town.

we were visiting for a tournament for boys, so 7:00 am breakfast helped. rooms were standard, clean, and beds were good firm beds. Service was great too, we asked couple items and those were provided promptly. Corridor, elevators, stairs were clean, they have Irish pub/ bar on premise which was great. They do have a gym with most of equipments. It's small but functional. Overall it is what you want when you travel for work, or some sports or even visiting city.

I made a reservation online for Queen w. private room and when I arrive and the room I paid for was not available. Mark updated that info online so that the room was not showing available online. Mark at the front desk apologize and gave me a Queen/Studio which was excellent. Very spacious, and big. When I got to the room I did my usual inspection. The sofa bed linen had so much mold. I call the front desk and immediately a guy came in and changed everything with fresh linen which I was very thankful for. When I went to shower the bathroom was clean but it smelled like sewage. I know it sounds horrible but it was manageable. When I went to check out due to all the inconvenience we were not charged which honestly, I was not expecting at all. I will definitely be back. Btw, breakfast was delicious.

Amazing place to stay while visiting for the Patriots game! Wonderful staff and very handicap friendly! Also have to mention the cookies! Yum yum

Hampton Inn nice hotel, check-in was easy the lady at the desk was friendly. The room was big and clean. What impressed me was the bath room especially the shower, there was no mold in the corners or anything super clean..

Stayed here for me and my hubbys anniversary vacation to see the Patriots first home game this year. During the whole stay, we felt very welcomed and are very pleased we made the decision to stay here instead of others. It was in our budget and the places around the hotel (restaurants) were great. We will be back here soon and can't wait to see Lynette and the older gentleman at the front desk again!

Clean rooms and great service. We had an issue with our toilet and they moved us to another room right away. We’ve stayed here several times and each stay has been great. The bar downstairs is wonderful as well.

Great example of a Hampton. The room was clean. There were a large group of teenage girls there for a conference of some sort, but if I had not seen them in the lobby I would have never known. Great staff. Great location.As a business traveler I highly recommend here!

Great! We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the bed super comfortable. The bathroom is big and spacious. There’s a nice restaurant in walking distance. The staff is very nice. They’re doing some renovation but with minor interruption.

I stayed here for a week while visiting Massachusetts. I was pleased with my stay. I was pleased with the quality of the checking in process, the gentlemen who I checked in with was professional and helpful. My room was a good experience overall, though I do think the floor in my room could had been vacuumed more upon me entering for the first time. The room was clean overall. There were an adequate amount of towels and wash rags already which was helpful. Housekeeping is available upon the visitors request. Parking was free. They were offering only a bag breakfast in the morning, which is to be expected due to Covid. I paid a good price for 3 nights especially since other hotels I had looked at in the area were a good amount higher. I would be inclined to come back to this location and recommend to anyone looking to stay in a good area between Boston and Foxboro area of Massachusetts.

Outstanding service. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Nice view on golf course side. Relatively quiet after 10 pm. Tasty free breakfast. Free parking. Close to Boston. Close to the train station. Free van ride within the hours of the van service. I have stayed here several times. I have always had excellent and friendly service from every single staff member and this includes everyone from the management to the maids. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place close to where we had to be... large room & bathroom area was bright & spacious!! pool & hot tub area clean & both are heated!! however be advised that because of town regulations the hours are limited there has to be a lifeguard on duty in order to go into the area.. that was a bummer!! Fresh coffee and cookies throughout the day breakfast was very good nice selection staff was awesome would definitely go back to this hotel again if in the area.. plus the on-site restaurant had a nice variety excellent staff and good prices. Pictures below are of food purchased at the restaurant.. Yum
